Supply and fix in repairs E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white, the frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers, hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface, providing Material and labourfor carrying out non-destructive water proofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, the PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Material and labour for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam including making holes and sealer all as per manufacturers specification, the PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Material and labour for the chemical cleaning of tile joints and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing, cleaning the surface etc,as per the sample done at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM. (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.
