Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. RCC OverHead Tank : a) Empty the water from water tank followed by removing the old plasters to expose the bare concrete, the damaged concrete to be repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with SBR Latex, filling all cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex. Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder. b) Wrapping all pipes inserts with a two way adhesion tape of make Dr. Fixit Bathseal tape/Dr. Fixit Bonding agent and grouting the gaps space with non shrink grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M or PMM prepared by polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement.. c) Providing and fixing PVC grouting nozzles of 130mm length & 10mm outer dia, with a stopper at the outer end, shall be fixed on the concrete surface @ 1m C/C or at the particular location of water leakage, by drilling a hole of same dia and inserting up to a depth of 80mm. Cement paste mixed with Dr. Fixit Instant leak Plug shall be used to fix and seal the sides of the nozzle. The Grout shall be prepared with mix of cement & Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM expansive grouting additive in W/C ratio not more than 0.45. The grouting shall be done under pressure of 3 kg / cm2 using grouting pump. All the honeycombed areas & construction joints shall be identified and injected with cement slurry admixed with expansive additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM @ 225gms / bag of cement. d) All the old/broken joints needs to be removed and provided with 50 mm X 50 mm angle fillets on the vertical up- stands, parapet wall junction corners, service units and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. e)Providing & Applying 2 coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 – 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers' specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified Revision:1- 09 Sep 2022/SYA 2 | P a g e mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break > 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength > 1 N / mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength : 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390 f) Providing & laying 75mm THK protective screed of Cement Concrete of 1:1.5:3 mix admixed with integral compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, Pidiproof LW+ @ 220ml per bag of cement, to provide slope to the horizontal surface towards drain outlet and also to protect the waterproofing, keeping the surface broomed, curing and testing for water tightness for 7 days etc. complete. g)Apply a spatter dash bond coat which comprises of Cement: Dr. Fixit URP: Silica sand (1:1:1.5) over the cured waterproofing coating and apply the key coat of plaster as wet on wet application. The plaster should be placed approx.12-15mm thick plaster in two coats over the prepared surface of cement sand mortar admixed with integral waterproofing compound Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ forming to IS 2645:2003 @ 200 ml per bag of cement. h) Providing & applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic – two component, water-based epoxy resin having anti-algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 4 sqm / Kg, as per manufacturer's specification. The coating shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02, all as per manufacturers' specification, etc, complete.

Description of Work / Item(s)

A) INCOME METER SIDE WORKS UNDER STAIR CASE/METER ROOM WITH REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH BEST MUMBAI AUTHORITIES : (a) Remove existing BEST Incomer supply and its incomer SFU/Main Switch with required coordination and liasoning with BEST Mumbai authorities.

(b) Supply & Install 250 Ampere Totally enclosed SFU on a MS frame of at least 5 mm thickness duly painted with Red oxide and Black paint (with proper grouting on wall") as incomer and terminate existing 3.1/2 core armoured BEST Incormer cable (assorted size of 16 to 35 sq. mm) complete with glands, lugs 16SWG copper double earthing, required civil, fabrication and masonary works for installation.

(c ) Supply and install 250 ampere, TPN totally enclosed bulbar chamber (to be installed on MS C Type channel frame of Incomer SFU) and connect it to BEST Incomer SFU through required size 3.1/2 core cable with required lugs, glands, screws etc for tapping outgoing to all meters.

(d) Remove exisitng all Meters in building (Meters of each quarter) and keep safely under own custody till reinstallation.

(e ) Supply and install MS frame (at least 5 mm thick C channel type angle duly painted with Red oxide and black paint) with proper gruting in wall in cement concrete and a solid wooden board/s duly painted with Black colour, of required size with minimum 10 mm thicknessfor installation of all meters

(f) Supply and install 32 ampere SPN duly enclosed 1 MCB/DP switch for each meter incoming and 1 no MCB/DP switch of 32 ampere for each meter outgoing complete with 10 square mm, SPN copper flexible wire and metallic flexible conduilt. Connect the same from incoming BEST bulbar.

(g) Carry out necessary wall chiselling, masonry and civil works as required to complete above works in totality.

B) OUTGOING CIRCUIT FROM METER TO EACH QUARTER (a) Supply and installation of 1 " PVC conduit, bends and accessories as required complete with 3*4 sw. MM copper flexible FRLSH wires from individual meter to individual quarter, complete with 1 sq mm copper double earthing to each quarter complete with required clamping, dressing etc.

(b) SITC of Incomber SPN MCB Distributiion board with ELCB with top cover, having incomer SPN MCB of 32 amperes and 06 no's out going 16 amperes SPN MCB.Termination of incomer wires from meter to incomer MCB.complete with 1 sq. mm copper double earthing to each quarter and required clamping, dressing, civil , masonry works etc.

(c ) SITC of point wiring for Power Points in surface mounted 1 " PVC casing in PVC insulated multi strand FRLSH copper conductor wire of size 3 * 4.00 sq.mm. for chase, neutral & earth having average wiring distance up to 10 meter.

(d) SITC of point wiring for sub main circuit of for light points in 1 " Casing capping in PVC insulated multi strand FRLSH copper conductor wire of size 3*2.5 sq. mm. For phase, neutral & earth having average wiring distance up to 10 meter.

(h) Supply and install 1 number 5 ampere swicth socket and 1 x 20 watts LED fitting with necessary piano swicthes for on/off control and 6x8 Wooden Board by necessary tapping of incomer from comman services meter for Meter room area.

(i) Remove and reInstall existing one comman services meter in "H" type Building (used for street lights and stair case lighting of all buildings of Mahim colony) complete with supply and installation of incomer 32 ampere TPN metal clad MCB and 32 amp. MCB DB outgoing and connect the same with 3 x 16 sqare mm copper cables at both ends from BEST Meter.

(j) Connect the stair case lighting and street lighting of all buildings in Mahim with supply and installation of required size totally enclosed MCB DB (with minimum 63 amperes incomer TPN MCB and 20 amperes outgoing MCB CKTS as required )with necessary cable termination.

(k) Carry out necessary wall chiselling, masonry and civil works as required to complete above works in totality.

(d) SITC of point wiring for fan, light in PVC casing with 3x 1.5 sq mm flexible copper wire(Phase,neutral, earth) for Security Cabin at Mahim

(f) Replacement of Gate lights with 45 watts Agte/ Handi lights

(g) SITC of Point wiring in Security cabin for power points in 3 x 2.5sq .mm copper flexible copper wire for CCTV equipements

(m) Removal of existing SFU ,disconnect existing incomer and loop outgoing 3.1/2 armoured cables of assorted size 35to 50 sq mm,starter and damaged pump motor sets 02 nos complete with required plumbing,masonary works in Pump House no 2 in Mahim colony and clear the site from all the debris.

(n) Supply installation testing and commissioning of 100 ampere SFU/Totally enclosed MCCB on a MS angle frame complete with retermination of removed 3.1/2 armoured cable of assorted size 35 sqare mm to 50 sq. mm with required double earthingglands,lugs,clamping fixing etc.in pump house no 1
