The tenderer should upload copy of the following documents self-attested / digitally signed by the tenderer or authorized representative of the tendering firm along with the tender. Tenderer(s) can use Standard formats available in the tender documents.

The list of personnel / organization on hand and proposed to be engaged for the tendered work. (Please refer Para-11(iii) of tender form 2nd sheet). Standard format attached as form no.5 in tender documents.

The list of Plant & Machinery available on hand and proposed to be inducted and hired for the tendered work. (Please refer Para- 11(iii) of tender form 2nd sheet).

The tenderer should upload the supportive documents against the i)'Type of Firm' as mentioned below: *Sole Proprietorship firm: Notarized affidavit claiming the firm to be a sole proprietor firm * Company: MOA, AOA, Power of Attorney, *Partnership Firm: Deed of Partnership, POA and ii) an undertaking for not being Blacklisted / debarred as per Annexure-A. NOTE: In case of partnership firm, they should submit individual declaration of all partners not being Blacklisted / Debarred as per Annexure-A, otherwise the offer of the tenderer will be summarily rejected.

Each partner of the partnership firm should duly submit the filled in Annexure-V separately as per IRGCC-2022; Otherwise, the offer of the tenderer will be summarily rejected. Firms other than the partnership firm have to submit it as before.

Please upload certificate (Annexure - V(A)) and is to be given by attorney/authorized signatory/ each member of Partnership firm/ Joint Venture (JV)/ Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc).

The tenderer should upload Declaration regarding "Employment / partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees" (please refer to Para 16(a) of tender form 2nd sheet). (Use standard "Form no. 2", available in tender booklet).

The tenderer has to upload Declaration regarding relation with any Railway Employees. (Please refer to Para 16 (c) of tender form 2nd sheet). (Use standard "Form no. 6", available in tender booklet).

Should a tenderer or contractor being an individual, have member(s) of his family or in the case of partnership firm / Company / Joint Venture(JV) / registered Society / registered trust etc. one or more of his partner(s) / share holder(s) or member (s) of the family of patterner(s) / share holder (s) having share of more than 1 % in the tendering entity employed in gazetted capacity in the engineering or any other department of the Railway, then the tenderer at the time of submission of tender, will inform the authority inviting tenders the details of such persons.

The tenderer should upload certificate of familiarization as per Chapter -4. (Use standard "Form no. 7", available in tender booklet).

The tenderer should upload GST registration certificate and PAN card.

For all tenders having advertised cost of Rs. 10 lakh or above, the contractor shall have to submit the option to take payment from Railways through a letter or credit (LC arrangement. The tenderer shall affirm having read over and agreed to the terms and condition of the LC option. The option of taking payment through LC arrangement, once exercised by tenderer at the time of bidding, shall be final and no change shall be permitted, therafter, during execution of contract (The tenderer have to submit the option take payment fro Railway through a Letter of Credit arrangement).

The tenderer should upload the bank details i.e. Name of Bank along with Bank Branch Code, Account Number as appearing in the cheque book, IFSC Code and PAN Number, dully certified by the Authorized official of of the bank to facilitate payment through ECS/NEFT/RTGS. In lieu of the bank certificate photocopy /scanned copy of a cancelled cheque and PAN card may be attached for verification of the above particular, otherwise the offer of the tenderer will be summarily rejected.
