Comprehensive maintenance of 02 nos. solar powered obstruction light comprising of battery bank, charger, light assembly, solar panel, controls cards, PV panels, flashers unit, ammeter, voltmeter etc. installed at Jagatpura & Jhalana Hills including replacement/ repairs of all consumables, spares, materials etc. complete as required.

Repairing and rewinding of fan motor of desert cooler/room cooler with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation including dismantling, re-installation, testing etc. as required.

Repairing and rewinding of fan motor of 300 mm dia exhaust fan with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation including dismantling, re-installation, testing etc. as required.

Repairing and rewinding of fan motor of 450 mm dia exhaust fan with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation including dismantling, re-installation, testing etc. as required.

Repairing and rewinding of fan motor of ceiling fan/wall fan with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation including dismantling, re-installation, testing etc. as required.

Repairing and rewinding of 7.5 HP (discharge capacity- 5.5LPS & head 33-50m) submersible pump set suitable for 415V volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC including dismantling, re-installation, testing etc. as required.

Lifting and lowering of 3/5/7.5/10/12.5 HP submersible pump from existing borewell upto 100 meter depth.

Callibration of following Protection Relays (Make Alstom) installed on 03 nos 11 KV VCB Breaker Panel (01 Incomer + 02 Outgoing) by OEM/ Authorized dealer/ specialized agency inculding cleaning, repairing, testing, submission of reports etc. complete as required. a) Numerical Communicable IDMT Relay (3 OC + 1 EF) - 03 Nos. b) Electromechnical type Master trip Relay -03 Nos. c) Tranformer Fault Aux. Relay - 02 Nos

Supply of Transformer oil for top up the existing transformer including transportation, loading & unloading etc. as required.

Dehydration of Transformer oil at site i/c transportation of dehydration machine at site and submisstion of report as required.

Collecting transformer oil sample and testing for di-electric strength (BDV value) of oil from authorised testing laboratory and submission of test report as required.

Overhauling of Schneider make, HVX model Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 11KV, 630 Amps capacity by OEM/ Authorized dealer/ specialized agency including cleaning, inspection, servicing, repairing, testing etc. complete as required. Cost of spare (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Visit charges of service engineer from specialized firm for attending the break down in AMF panel of DG set / LT Panel complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of different make 1.5 TR Split type airconditioner including comprehensive maintenance of voltage stablizer for one unit per month.

Comprehensive maintenance of 5.0 Tr ductable split-type air-conditioner including replacement/ repairs of parts like compressor, gas refilling, capacitor etc. for one unit per month complete as per site requirement.

Comprehensive maintenance of different make water cooler of different capacity including replacement/ repairs of parts like compressor, gas refilling, capacitor etc. for one unit per month complete as per site requirement.

Comprehensive maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Unit of 10 LPH capacity including replacement/ repairs of parts like filter, membrane, motor etc. for one unit per month complete as per site requirement.

Comprehensive maintenance of 50 LPH (Nominal) Reverse Osmosis unit including replacement/ repairs of parts like sediment filter, carbon filter, booster pump, membrane,bacteria's removing system, water level sensor for one unit per month complete as per site requirement. (Make : ION Exchange, Model : Zero, B RO Skid 50L)

Carrying out D.G. set stack monitoring for parameters like PM, SO2, NO2, CO & HC including taking samples, testing and submission of analysis reports with mandatory parameters from Govt authorized lab, complete as required.

Carrying out D.G. set noise monitoring for minimum and maximum including testing, recording data and submission of analysis reports with mandatory parameters from Govt authorized lab, complete as required.

Providing & Fixing DOL Starter suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz, 7.5 HP/10 HP Submersible Pump Set i/c provision for voltage, amp. & ON/OFF Metering also i/c minor civil work complete as per site requirement. (Make : L & T, MU-G15 or equivalent)

Supply and fixing of ISI marked Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg capacity with all accessories conforming to IS-15683:2006 including wheel type release valve, discharge hose not less than 1 meter and 10mm dia, bracket, locking arragement etc. complete with initial filling with CO2 gas as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ABC type 6 kg Fire Extinguisher confirm to IS 15683:2006 fitted with squeeze grip release valve, locking arrangement, pressure gauge, bracket and other required accessories complete with initial filling as required.
