Supply and install hi wall split units inverter type indoor/outdoor of capacity 2.0 TR complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity including outdoor and indoor fixing materials like clampset and fastner bolts, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. ( Make : HITACHI / DAIKIN / VOLTAS / BLUE STAR / O GENERAL)

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of voltage stabiliser for automatic operation of capacity 5KVA naturally air cooled indoor type, single phase, designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230-250V AC complete all spedifide and directed. ( Make : V Guard / Luminious / Havells)

M&L for Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sub main wiring 2x6.0 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn through with 20mm PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed surface/concealed with suitable clamps/saddles including one run of 6.0 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly including cutting chases complete all as specified.

Supply and laying light grade GI pipe 20mm dia in trenches or fixed in wall with suitable clamps all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including medium grade, PVC conduit and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box (with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for One ceilinf fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

Ceiling rose surface PVC insulated three plates "JUMBO' type 240 volts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maint free Chemical earthing consisting of duel pits of minimum 3 mtr distance and each pit interconnected with trench of size 1feex1feet (WXD) filled with earth enhancing maint free chemical compound of minimum 15Kgs, each pit size 150mm dia x 3mtr depth consits of copper coated steel rod of size 17.2mm dia of 3mtr long 250 Microns molecularly bonded, joined with connecting clamps with maintenace free earth eanhancing compounds Curec+ 6 Kgs & Curecon 10 Kgs, compounds strictly be a ecofriendly and must comply to IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5(d), IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5 (b) and this compound should be electrically and thermally conductive, must be tested for long term in CPRI for at least 2 years to display its stability & compound must be ISO certified, connected with 32x6mm copper strip and all connected accessories including up to 7.5 mtrs with 25mmx3mm 300mm long copper bus bar fixed as test point on wall with insulator support and pit painted with tested resistance value & the date of test should be mentioned on the name plate. Earth pit should be closed with high density poly ethylene chamber of dimension 308mmX308mmx214mm with locking cover & seal and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Copper strip 32 x 6 mm with with insulation saddles and fixing screws etc above roof / wall / pole etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix GI tubing 40mm bore 'Medium grade' for hanging of ceiling fan , fixed on wall/ ceiling etc including making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.( Note : GI pipe shall be of 3/ 3.5 single piece and no joints are acceptable. Grouting on walls on both sides including necessary hole making and PCC packing , making good surfaces .)

S&F MS flat Iron 40x6mm made to shape as in fan hook for hanging ceiling fan with and inluding suitable nuts and bolts ,washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated frame for doors, windows or partition including aluminium beading, hinges of required size,jointing cleats, screws, dash,fastners,plug for fixing with wall, columns etc complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary jointing cleats/ glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door , locking arrangment, aluminium snap beading screw etc, complete all as specified and directed. ( minimum thickness of powder cated should be 50 micron)

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations,fixed with screw to timber frame work and sealing edges of board with PVC beading by chemical adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.3 universal type, suitable for doors shutters up to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed complete allas specified and directed.

Supply only Unskilled labour for maint of Air field lighting system at AFS Tambaram consists of Air field lights, control cables, Isolation transformers, IT chambers, Landing TEEs, Wind Sockers etc including connected works on daily basis or on requirement basis per 8 hours shift between 0700 hrs to 1800 hrs complete all as directed. ( Note : The number of labour supplied will be as per requirement basis.Contractor shall maintain a attendance register duly signed by Engr-In-Charge and Contractor Rep. Labour should report to BCR section on time. Reporting time will be decided by BCR section as per the ground requirement with in the time period as mentioned above.)
