Operation and maintenance of Bheemni water supply project, District Jhalawar

Labour supply for Operation of Water Supply Scheme of all mechanical, electrical, chemical and instrumentations works. Including wages of staff routine, preventive and special maintenance complete in all respect job for Rural Water Supply Scheme. (As applicable by Raj. Govt. Maintenance of pipe lines irrespective of size and material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control , survey & removal of choking , disconnection of illegal connections , collection & recording minimum 10 Nos . Residual chlorine samples during daily supply timing interconnections and all works related to pipe line network in existing distribution / rising main pipe lines of aa sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil / hard soil including cutting of Black top , WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends , fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e. after a layer of 20cm with proper watering and ramming in layers . For entire job contractor will use there own T&P contractor with his own resources shall be arrange de watering , JCB and tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing thew work in this item . The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and compltemaintaince of pipe line netwok of rising and distribution pipe line network within the scope of work for per KM pipe line per month . Jointing material shall be provided by the Department. Minimum labor foa a following KM pipe lines to be deployed.

Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed. 51 km to 100 km - one fitter-II & Two beldar 64k/m months BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.1.3

Daily periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valves per month. (valve road and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80mm-300mm BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.5.1

Cleaning of Over Head Service Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

Running expenditure of pumphoudes which includes complete operation of pumpmotar , maintenance of log books as directed by engineer in charge general up keeping of premises , security arrangements , Regural chemical dosing in CWR , cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six monts , daily valves operation under the campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per monts power suplly minimum 16 hrs . ( excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) up to 100HP. BSR Kota 2020 Item No 7.6.2

Providing and Fixing Power Factor Control Capacitor Panel with MTC on monthly Rental Basis the responsibility of contractor is to maintain minimum power factor as 0.96 if the Contractor is fail to maintain minimum PF and any sucrchagre on this account is levied by JVNNL the same shall be deducted from payment of Contractor.
