Applying two coats of priming coat for canopy structure: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate/ zinc phosphate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Painting for canopy structure with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 100 metres lead.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.60 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (Make- Jindal, tata or equivalent)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.60 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) (Make- Jindal, tata or equivalent)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.60 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (upto 600 mm over all girth) (Make- Jindal, tata or equivalent)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works all complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing UPVC rainwater pipe of 110 mm dia including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 mtr spacing and all other accessories such as bends, couplers etc all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling of existing Canopy ceiling, roofing, gutter, canopy fascia, column cladding including stacking of material within a lead of 100 mtr as per direction of EIC. Note: Overall canopy area shall be taken for the purpose of payment.

Dismantling of existing monolith cladding including stacking of material within a lead of 100 mtr as per direction of EIC.

CANOPY FALSE CEILING Providing, cutting, fabrication and installation of canopy false ceiling with TRAC 150 F of Interarch (or equivalent) coil coated (Pre-painted) steel false ceiling system comprising of 150 mm wide x 17 mm deep roll formed out of 0.50 mm thick polyester coated galvanized steel panels, fixed on steel runner of 34.5 mm width x 48 mm deep manufactured out of 0.60 mm thick precoated galvanized steel with rigid suspension of 20x20x0.5 mm fixed with steel brackets/clips etc all complete as per directions of EIC.

Supplying and installing underlights for canopy as specified including lighting fixture- 150 W (Make: Crompton, Havells, Phillips or equivalent) as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and installing canopy/ building/ monolith fascia company logo 900mm in ht. Acrylic / PETG (Eastman / Bayer / equ.) thermoformed shape & letters (as per art work) covered with vinyl of approved make with the provisions of illuminations during night including removal of old logo as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and installing monolith display (display the rate chart and wifi operated) including removal of old display all complete as per directions of EIC.

Canopy Fascia: 800 mm wide (in corporate colours on canopy vertical faces). Supplying & Installing Canopy Fascia with following specifications: • 900 mm height canopy fascia with PVDF coated 4 mm thick ACM sheet cladding duly CNC machine routed and fold as per drawing mounted on 150 mm depth box made out of 25 mm x 25 mm MS hollow pipe frame with powder coating and top GI sheet cover. • 4mm thick ACM (Alstrong/ Aludecor/ Alucobond) cladding in a combination of corporate colours with the use of Retro Reflective Sheeting (Avery / 3M / equ.) Type XI DG3 Microprismetice duly pasted on ACM in required size & shape (colour scheme and design to be approved) on mild steel framework with part backlit for company logo and name. • LED Lighting modules or encased LED light strips (Osram / Neenja / equ.) and power supply. • The letters shall be in 30 mm thick Acrylic/ PC duly CNC Routed in require shape & Size as per direction of concerned engineer. • Structural frame to be welded rigidly/ Bolted to the structural member of existing canopy structures. • FASCIA BAND: 300mm in ht. Acrylic / PETG thermoformed band with necessary support covered with vinyl of approved make with the provisions of illuminations during night with LED of approved make. • COMPANY LOGO: 900mm in ht. Acrylic / PETG (Eastman / Bayer / equ.) thermoformed shape & letters (as per art work) covered with vinyl of approved make with the provisions of illuminations during night. Logo on all 4 sides. • Company Name: 400mm in ht. 040 white Acrylic / PETG thermoformed letters (as per art work) covered with vinyl of approved make with the provisions of illuminations during night. Logo on front right as per DWG. • Canopy fascia to be made in 12 m. (min.) long straight panels factory plan/processed at converters factory and assembled/installed at site. • All work to be done in line, level and plumb. • The top of the fascia shall have 4 mm thick ACM with hinged GI service door in backlit part. The back of the fascia to have 18 gauge GI sheets. • Multi-strand copper conductors with PVC insulation to be used. • The bottom and top of the fascia shall have a white ACM trim to cover the gap between the canopy and fascia. • The contractor should make suitable fixing arrangement, which should be duly vetted by a certified structural engineer as per the actual dimensions of the canopy structure.

CANOPY COLUMN CLADDING Supplying & Installing Column Cladding: • using PVDF coated 4 mm ACM (Alstrong/ Aludecor/ Alucobond), mounted on box made out of 20 mm x 20 mm MS square pipe hollow section using powder coating. • Backlit design band in the centre in PET G ( Eastmen/ Bayer/ equ.) with yellow vinyl LED lighting modules (Osram/ Neenja/ equ.) and power supply according to design. • The structural framework shall be fixed securely to existing canopy column by welding at site. • ACM panel fixing to ensure consistent joint gaps and panel size. • All grooves shall be sealed with sealant material of approved colour, all complete with by works as approved.

BUILDING FASCIA 700 mm wide on top of building faces in elevation Supplying & Installing Building Fascia with following specifications: • 4mm thick ACM (Alstrong/ Aludecor/ Alucobond) cladding in a combination of corporate colours with the use of Retro Reflective Sheeting (Avery / 3M / equ.) Type XI DG3 Microprismetice as per ASTM D 4956-09 duly pasted on ACM in required size & shape (colour scheme to be approved) on mild steel framework. • Structural frame to be fasteners/ Nut Bolted to the building walls with dash fasteners and levelling arrangement. • Building fascia to be made in maximum length of straight panels (with minimum no. of joints) straight panels factory plan/processed at converters factory and assembled/installed at site. • Corner piece (1 metre both sides) on both sides, also to be factory plan/processed/assembled and installed at site. • Only bottom trim and top flashing is to be Plan/processed and installed at site. • All work to be done in line, level and plumb, all complete with by works, as approved.

SPREADER 450*450 mm Supplying & Installing Pump Spreader • Made of 25 x 25 mm MS hollow pipe frame box with powder coating & cladding on both sides of PVDF coated 4 mm ACM (Alstrong/ Aludecor/ Alucobond) • CNC router cut graphics in 040 white acrylic with LED modules (Osram/ Neenja/ equ.) for lighting • Spreader frame to be fixed securely to canopy columns with box & cap arrangement • Sufficient no. of LED/ CFL lights and electronic chokes fixed with plastic holders. • Multi-strand copper conductors with PVC insulation to be used. • All work to be be done in line, level and plumb, all complete with by works, as approved.

Supply, Transportation at site of following size of HDPE pipe in required length fixed on steel, concrete or similar structure, laid in trenched, digging, construct conduit duct bank and buried in concrete including cutting, bending and similar works, supply of clamps, small iron structures, spacers and installation of seats, plugs, brushings etc., civil works and its materials, including all labour, materials complete as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm NB

Erection of following sizes of HDPE pipe in required length fixed on steel, concrete or similar structure, laid in trenches, digging, construct conduit duct bank and buried in concrete including cutting, bending and similar works, supply of clamps, small iron structures, spacers and installation of seats, plugs, bushings, etc., civil works and its materials, including all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings and directions and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm NB.

Design, engineering, supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage, of the 1.1kV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS power and control cables (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) including Cable glands & Lugs etc. of following sizes in trenches/ excavated under ground trench /trays, pulling through pipes and its proper sealing, cutting of paved area, roads etc. 4x2.5 mm2 2XWY

Laying, Termination, Glanding, Testing and Commissioning of the 1.1kV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS power and control cables (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) including Cable glands & Lugs etc. of following sizes in trenches/ excavated under ground trench /trays, pulling through pipes and its proper sealing, cutting of paved area, roads etc. 4x2.5 mm2 2XWY
