Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (Type B1 1:2:4 of 20 mm graded crushed stine aggregate) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for RCC (Type B1 1:2:4 of 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.
