Annual Maintenance Plan for the year 2026-27 on Bangana Thathoon via Tamlet road

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat at the rate of 0.30Kg ( zero decimal three zero kilogramme) per square metre, 20 mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre aggregate at rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres), mixed with Bitumen VG-30 at the rate 1.46 Kg (one point four six kilograme ) per square metres of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty/ Forty) Tonne per hour capcity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying mannualy to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) KN static road roller, finished to required level and seal coat seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using BITUMEN VG - 30 at the rate of 0.68 kg ( zero point six eight kilogram) premixed with 0.006 ( zero point zero-zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per Sqm. ( square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.50 per cent of mix and filler using Nano- Technology Based Organo Silane Compound (Zycotherm) @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen for enhansed performance, durability and waterproofing, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. The Hot Mix Plant should be situated with in the distance of 30 km (Thirty Kilometer) from wotk site.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound as per MORTH specification 803 & IRC: 34, 2.5mm *two point five milimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm (two hundred fifty gms per sqm), thickness of 2.5mm (Two point five milimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes items as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
