Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal pumping unit as per IS 1520 with following specification:- Pump:- 1.Type :- Hor. split casing /Multi stage Discharge 8000 GPH, 100 Mtr Head Material of construction 1.Impeller:- S.steel 2.Shaft:- SS410 3.Pump casing:- Cast Iron 4.RPM:1440 The pump shall confirm to IS-1520 code MOTOR :- A) Type :- Horizontal squirrel cage Induction Type B) Rating:- Suitable for above parameters. but not less than 30 HP C) No of phases: 3 phase 415 V+10%,50 Hz, AC supply D) Winding:-Copper wound squirrel cage E) Type of enclosure:-SPDP/TEFC F) Method of cooling:- Air cooled with fan mounted G)Method of Starting: star delta H) RPM 1440 The pump-motor should be mounted on a common base frame fabricated out of M.S channel of suitable size and duly fitted with T- type foundation bolts /nuts and washers to make the pumping unit vibration free. The pump and motor should be coupled through suitable coupling. The coupling faces checked for both angular and axial alignment with the help of tapered gauges/feeler gauges or dial indicator. Job includes testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load at site. Test certificate of the Manufacturerer should be appended . Rest of the specicifications are as per clause-5 of Technical annexure of SBD
