Construction of Drama stage @ Opposite to Draupathi Amman Kovil in Melsevur Pt

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.) Column

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.) Grade Beam

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal to 50 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc, complete.

Supplying and aplliying 3 mm thick over the exposed rcc surface celing with finishing including alla charges

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:4, 20mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Two Coats with approved Exterior Emulsion over the Plastered surface over one coat of Primer paint over plastered wall surface,ceiling and other new surface including cleaning,preparing the surface ,curing .scaffolding chargws etccomplete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars,

Supply of steel doors 0.90 x 2.10 m

Supply of steel windows 0.90 x 1.20 m

Labour charges for fixing , doors, windows and Ventilators etc

Provision for Electrical Items

Provision for labour welfare fund 1.00%

Provision for Name Board & Photographic charges
