M & L for disconnecting all electric and water supply connections and other related items and lifting the unserviceable non clog Submersible motor and pump of capacity 7.5HP, 3 phase, 415 V, from sewage sump by mechanical/manual method and dismantling the column pipe line, shafts stage and keeping the same in safe custody for reuse including transportation of the defective pump set and motor from pump house to workshop for repair and back and lowering and re-installation the same on exisisting position after necessary repair including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the unserviceable parts and burnt out copper winding from pump and motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415V, and rewinding the motor with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge including heating, varnishing, replacement of defective spare parts, re-assembling and painting the motor with two coats of supper enamelled paint and carrying out necessary tests in presence at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Spare/parts, copper winding wire shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only under respective item. (ii) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.)

Supply only copper winding wire with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per capacity/rating of motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable parts from the non clog submersible pump of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 V including over hauling, servicing/cleaning throughly discharge/suction cases, impellers, shaft and re-assembling pump carefully including servicing , cleaning and painting the parts with two coats water proofing supper enamelled paint after preperation of surfaces manualy including repair/replacement of unservicable parts as required at site etc and re-assembling/re-installing the pump, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Spare/parts shall be measured & paid seperately as Supply only items (i) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.)

M & L for machine work to the worn out portion of non clog submersible pump shaft of capacity 7.5 HP capacity including metalling, cutting, polishing and checking the accuracy on the lath machine, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for non clog submersible motor as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mechanical seal for non clog submersible motor as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hydraulic oil for non clog submersible motor as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the induction motor from sewage sump/STP taking out burnt out winding wire from the stator of induction motor upto 3 HP and 1450 RPM of any make and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate size and number of turns as per manufacturers specifications including heat varnishing and testing of 3 phase, 415/440 volt and refixing after repair, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Copper winding wire shall be measured & paid seperately as Supply only. (ii) Labour charge for fixing parts and transport shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.)

Supply and fix GI pipe heavy class of 100mm dia including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) of approved tint including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: (i) The cost of temporary barricade and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account) (iii) This operation shall be carried out once in every three month every time shall be paid and measured saperately.

Taking out/bailing out the sludge/semi solid materials including other foreign materials from sewage sumps of various sizes and depths as required by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and taking out sludge/semi solid materials/any other foreign materials from septic tanks etc and removing the sludge within 50m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and disinfecting the area with sufficeint quantity of bleaching powder over the earth fill and covered with earth filling upto 30cm depth of pit including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) The cost of Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid in this account) (iii) This operation shall be carried out once in every three month every time shall be paid and measured saperately.

S&F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed , stranded copper conductor as in flat submersible water proof cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing and submit raw sewage water and treated water and submit the following test results:- (a) Samples to be taken from sewage pumping station Near Bala Ji Mandir, Near DSC accn, Near R S Ground, Near FWC & treated water from Main STP . (b) Submit all samples at the nearest Govt Test lab. The test for the following parameters has to be carried out:- (i) BOD (ii) COD (iii) Oil & Grease (iv) PH Value (v) TSS (vi) Feacel Colliform (vii) Residule chlorine (c) Submit the test report duly signed by appropriate Govt authority in every three month, complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) The record of servicing shall be maintained by the contractor and shall be produced at the time of payment duly signed by the users, AGE and contractor . (d) Electrical – check contactor tips limit switch operating mechanism including connections & testing of LT panel of crane complete. (e) Cleaning of all parts and rail/wheel of cranes. (f) Checking of all movement i.e Long Travel, Cross travel/ lifting and/or any other part(s) as decided by the GE/AGE. (g) Oiling/greasing of bearing of all wheel LT/CT motion mechanism included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Load testing of EOT/HOT gantry for cranes of 2 to 10.0 tonne capacity at full load capacity including making arrangements of dead load, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Srl No 89.00 - (i) The load for load testing and shifting arrangements of load shall be made by the contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included for this aspect. (ii) The load testing for LT/CT/hoist motion shall be done in the presence of Users and Engr-in-Charge . (iii) A proforma for load testing of each crane shall be maintained and all the parameters mentioned in the proforma shall be tested by the contractor and the record of load testing shall be maintained,duly signed by all concern.

Attending complaints of EOT/HOT crane at AF stn Hasimara, of any capacity, of any nature on emergency call given by concern Engr-in-Charge, JEs by providing skilled service engineer/ mechanic for locating the electrical and mechanical fault and rectification the fault to the entire satisfaction level of the executives, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Spare parts required for rectification of fault shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fixing in replacement. (ii) The complaints shall be attended by the contractor within three days. A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be recovered/made for not attending the complaint/non rectification of fault beyond Three days, after intimation of concerned AGE/JE in writing. (iii) A penalty of Rs. 6000/- per day (for every 24 hours) will be made for not attending the complaint beyond 7 days. (iv) The contractor will be responsible for providing T & P to the personal deployed, as per requirements for rectifying the fault(s). (v) If the nature of fault for which rectification is involved comes beyond the scope of contract , the same shall not be considered for any type of penalty. (vi) Any minor parts which is not included in BOQ but required for satisfactory operation of EOT crane deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing steel wire rope 12mm dia with hemp core rope made in 6x36 pattern length of existing make & specification suitable for 2.0/2.5 tonne capacity gantry fixed with suitable size 'D' clamp, nuts, bolts and washers after taking down unserviceable/ wornout/ damaged rope as existing at site, complete all as specified and directed. Note for srl No. 124.00 & 125.00 :- Nuts, bolts & washers shall be measured & paid seperetely.

Taking down/out travelling crab of double girder 2.5/2.0 tonne capacity, electric operated gantry for rectification of fault and re-installing with and including replacing bearing 5607- 01 No, bush- 01 No, gear- 01 No of make and size as exists,welding, turning,grinding etc and making necessary connections including testing, complete all aspecified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out of gear box of EOT grantry 2500/2000/1000/500 Kg capacity, for rectification of fault & re-installing the same including replacing of unserviceable bearing, buss, gears of existing make and size including turning, welding, grinding and testing, complete all aspecified and directed.

Opening of gear box of EOT crane capacity 0.5/1.0/2.0/2.5 ton, tracing fault of oil leakage, rectifying the same with and including replacement of oil seal/gasket to make it functional, complete all aspecified and directed.

Topping up gear oil with fresh/new gear oil HD90 suitable for gantry, complete all aspecified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bearing block of existing make & size at site, complete all aspecified and directed.

Supply and fixing hexagonal or square nuts, bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, and washers of any size,any type after taking down nuts, bolts and washers etc as exists at site, complete all aspecified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of unserviceable rotating shaft & keyways from travelling crab and transporting to & fro to workshop for checking & repairing and making new keyways including inserting new key as per existing/site requirement for fully functional of EOT crane, complete all aspecified and directed.

M&L for checking electric circuits of any EOT crane and locating the fault, rectifying the fault and replacing the unserviceable parts if required and ensuring furntionality of EOT cranes. Note (i): Parts to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items Note (ii): An amount of Rs.65731.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
