Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion (PREMISE - BAYER) with active ingredient Imidacloprid 30.5% SC @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime :2 Surkhi) to the full depth of hole:

Treatment of points of contact of woodwork with chemical emulsion (PREMISE - BAYER) with active ingredient Imidacloprid 30.5% SC (in oil or kerosene-based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm Dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Field Visit for Inspection/maintenance of treatment including cost of any further treatment material required. (After every 3 months for 5 years) included taxes. The contractor shall submit the visit report to MMJHS Office after each visit.
