Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse 1 as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled matrials as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60m (200ft)

Dismantling tiles work in floors and roofs laid in cement motar including stacking materials with 50meters lead for thickness of tiles 25mm and up to 40mm.

Distmantling sundried brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters

Plaster in 1 : 4 Cement And Coarse Sand on Walls Including all labours, Materials T&P's etc.

2.5 cm . ( 1 " ) thick 1 : 2 : 4 plain cement concrete floor with cement , approved coarse sand and 2 cm . ( 3/4 " ) graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm . ( 1/8 " ) flooring coat of neal cement or cement and marble dust in 5 : 1 as specifled over & including 8 cm . ( 3 " ) thick base concrete consisting of ment , local sand and brick ballast 4 cm . ( 1.5 " ) gauge in the proportion of 1 : 4 : 8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials , labour and T & P etc , required for proper completion of the work . ( a ) As in item No. 600 above but without base concrete but without base concrete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey. Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. (apex ultima , weather coat All guard).

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade old work applied @1.43ltr/10sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex ultima , weather coat All guard).

Wall painting( two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on old wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly scraping and brushing the surface clean of all dirt greace, loose pieces and prepared smooth.

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one Sq coal of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials. labour and T & P elc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No.103 1950 but for every coat on previously painted old wood steel work.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 4cm(11/2")gauge approved stone ballast in the proprption of 1:2:4 in lighter beam excluding its fixing and bending the same wit 24B W.G.G.I biding wire and including necessary centering and shutering etc. and also including suplly of all materials,labours and T7P etc.required for proper completion of work .binding wire cost being included in the item.
