Providing grouting to dam body, curtain grouting to drainage gallery, treatment to river training wall of Kabini Dam under DRIP Phase-II (Package-1)

A minimum number of one similar contracts Providing grouting to dam body, curtain grouting to drainage gallery, treatment to river training wall that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, between 1st April, 2019 and bid submission deadline:(1) ONE contract, each of minimum value 1,665.38 Lakhs (80% of the Estimated Value) OR (2)TWO contracts, each of minimum value 1,249.04 Lakhs (60% of the Estimated Value) OR (3) THREE contracts, each of minimum value 832.69 lakhs (40% of the Estimated Value)

For the above and any other contracts (substantially completed and under implementation) as prime contractor, joint venture member between 2019-20 to 2025-26 a minimum construction experience in the following key activities successfully completed in last 7 years (1)Drilling core hole in hard rock:7815.00 Rmt (2)Grouting to dam body & curtain grouting:1225.00 Tonne (3)Under water pointing:423.00 Sqm (4)Above water pointing:417.00 Sqm (5)Under water cementitious grouting:25395.00 Kgs (6)Above water cementitious grouting:24998.00 Kgs

Experience under construction contracts such as Providing grouting to dam body, curtain grouting to drainage gallery, treatment to river training wall. for at least the last seven years, starting 1st April 2019.

The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as Rs.346.95 Lakhs about 3 months cash flow at peak construction period) for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidders other commitments

Bidders who meet the minimum qualification criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity for construction work is equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The available bid capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed Available bid capacity (AxNx1.5-B) Where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last seven years (updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at the rate of 5% per year), taking into account the completed as well as works in progress). N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited (period upto 6 months to be taken as half-year and more than 6 months as one year). B-Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited.

The Bidder shall provide details of the Key Personnel and such other Key Personnel that the Bidder considers appropriate, together with their academic qualifications and work experience. The Bidder shall complete the relevant Forms in Section-4, Bidding Forms. The key personnel requirement is as per qualification criteria of Section-3 Key personnel. (1) Construction Manager-1 BE (Civil)-10 Years Experience (2) Site Engineer-1 BE (Civil)-5 Years Experience (3) Quality Control Engineer-1 BE (Civil)- 3 Years Experience. (4) Safety, Environment & Social Expert (Need Based)- BE Civil/ Graduate in Environment/ Health- 1 Year Experience (5) Divers- 2 Persons

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded. The Bidder must demonstrate that it will have access to the key Contractors equipment listed as per qualification criteria section-4 Equipment in the bid document. (1) Pneumatic Grout Pump-2Nos (1-Own & 1-Lease/Rent) (2) Screw Compressor-2Nos (1-Own & 1-Lease/Rent) (3) Diesel Generator min 30 KVA-1No (1-Own) (4) Diving Helmet KMB-3Units (1-Own & 2-Lease/Rent) (5) Underwater ROV-1No (1-Own) (6) Pnemumatic Chipping machine-3Nos (1-Own & 2-Lease/Rent) (7) Pnemumatic Drilling machine-2Nos (1-Own & 1-Lease/Rent) (8) Electrical Winch machine-2Nos (1-Own & 1-Lease/Rent) Note:Availability (either owned or leased) of equipments such as suitable capacity and number of Excavator, tippers, Concrete mixer, Air Compressor, Vibratory roller/Jack hammer, Needle vibrator, Electrically operated rotary drilling machine, etc as required along with the equipments already mentioned in the bid document.

Minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs.2,775.64 Lakhs calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last seven financial years, divided by seven years.
