| 1.00 | Provisioning of a maintenance Van/ Pickup type Van/ TATA Yodha, CC 4x2, VX, BS VI or equivalent of any other make. The purpose of deployment of Van is primarily for the following three purposes.
a) Regular inspection of Cantonment fund assets available on Public roads on “As is where is basis” shall be deemed to be included in this RFP like Footpaths, Sign Boards, Direction Boards, overhead gantries, delineators, Central verges, MS Grills, Gratings, Manholes, Kerb stones, interlocking tiles, pavements footpath tiles of any nature, bell mouths, dustbins, Urinals, surface drains, storm water drains, waiting sheds, bus stops & to report any kind of damages, natural wear tear, damages due to accidents for timely repairs. For the purpose of inspection of road the contractor shall provide one or more supervisors for inspection & reporting purposes as per his calculations & estimations.
b) Watch & ward of electrical installations on public roads, on “As is where is basis”, shall be deemed to be included in this RFP viz. Ornamental Electrical poles with Luminar, Octagonal Street lighting poles with Luminar, High mast lights with Luminar and control panels, Street lighting poles of any kind with fittings and fixtures, electrical control panels, electrical switches, MCBS, MCCBs, Kiosk box, Electrical cables complete. Any theft/loss to electrical infrastructure on the roads included in the RFP shall be made good by the contractor under his own arrangements and at his own cost. (However, routine wear-tear of electrical poles and installations and their maintenance shall be payable as per directions issued by the Engineer-in-charge under Schedule ‘A’ Section IV).
c) Watch & ward of Cantonment fund assets on public roads included in contract on “As is where is basis”, against any theft & consequent damages. For the purpose of watch & ward of CF Assets the contractor shall be allowed to deploy the inspection Van for night patrolling. The inspection Van shall be provided with security staff. The requirement of security staff & number of security personnels to be deployed for watch & ward purposes shall be at the sole discretion of the bidder as per his calculations & estimation to keep watch & ward on all public roads included in the Scope of work. However if any theft or damage is caused to Cantonment assets & loss thereof shall be borne by the bidder & the contractor shall be required to make good the loss, damages etc. under his own arrangement and at his own cost & no extra payment shall be payable to the contractor, as protection of CF assets & their watch & ward shall be the sole responsibility of bidder.
d) The quoted rates for providing maintenance/ inspection Van as per Scope of contract given on page 19-22 of these documents shall include cost of
i. Running/maintenance of Van (in shift wise duty)
ii. Fuel & Lubricants, Repairs/breakdown repairs of van
iii. Drivers as per shift wise duties
iv. Remuneration payable to site supervisions for inspection and maintenance of assets.
v. Security personnels for Round the clock watch & ward of assets as per bidder own assessment & calculations including providing security gadgets.
vi. Any other Ancillary expenditure towards running of van, engagement of supervisors & watch & ward staff
vii. Cleaning of chocked drainage pipes at the periodicity of 15 days
Note:
a) A complete list of all the CF assets shall be prepared & shall be handed over to the successful bidder for watch & ward round the clock & repairs as per contract provisions by the successful bidder.
b) For payment purpose the contractor shall be required to submit log book & GPS data of daily running of Vans. Further the contractor shall be required to deploy additional staff to compensate for weekly off, of the staff engaged by him under the contract, all inclusive.

Reinforced Cement Concrete Bench without Arms : Supplying and fixing reinforced cement concrete chair benches with back rest without arms and having two logo of Delhi Cantonment Board as also letter 'DCB' engraved suitably on the benches at locations on concrete benches as specified/ directed by Engineer-in-Charge with indicated colour scheme, with total 6 planks, 3 planks for seating & 3 planks on backrest with 2 Nos L-Shape base support in grey cement colour. The detailed specification shall be as follows: Material Concrete mix design: M-30 Grade Concrete mix in accordance with IS:10269/latest in gray cement by using vibro – compaction technique and with reinforcement. Reinforcement steel : TMT reinforcement bars conforming to IS:1786/latest of dia 10 mm used as main reinforcement bar and 4 mm dia mild steel bars used as stirrups as per drawing and specification given in technical bid (Specification). Supplying, installation, fixing of spring post of height 750 mm and weight 1000 gms approx and made out of PU (Poly-urethane) provided with three reflective tape bands each 75 mm wide pasted on the post using heat transfer pasting technology, fixed firmly on the road surface with suitable shanks/ nuts and epoxy materials as per manufacturer specifications . Material should be UV stabilized . Make Dark Eye, Safe Zone, Kohinoor or equivalent .
Supplying, fixing, installation of Road Safety Bollards for guiding traffic for safe direction. The bollard should comprise of square shaped ABS plastic plate of 3 mm thickness, ultrasonic laser welded fitted with 09 nos of 100 mm dia PMMA (Acrylic) high intensity reflectors. Retro Reflectivity of these reflectors should be 18mcd/Lux. Another rectangular MS plate of 300x75mm size 2mm thickness should be provided (for name / number ) and one more MS plate in round shape of 400 mm should be be provided of 1 mm thickness, Aluminium plate having high intensity Retro-reflective tape with side indication arrow marks. All three plates should be mounted on a white powder coated 65mm dia MS pipe having anti -theft locking arrangement. Dimensions: Plate :400x400mm. Complete assembly shall be fixed to ground with cement concrete for sterdy grip as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in cement concrete (1:1.5:3) as per manufacturer specifications. S & Fixing Jursey Barrier suitable for medians, central verge of overall dimension 3045 mm Length x 840 mm Height x 610 mm Bottom Width and having strength of concrete 350 kg /cm2 including reinforced with 16 mm dia. Tor steel at 150 mm centre to centre both ways fixed in position and gradient as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Each Jursey Barrier shall have two number hooks at top for handling purpose.
Supplying & Fixing of RCC delineators of dia 150mm and height 950 mm including preparation of concrete surface and painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours as directed by Engineer-in-charge and also providing two strips of reflective tape/reflective paint all round in the grooves over it.
Supplying & laying Instant patch pothole premix with fine/ standard grading (Ready Mix of first quality) for filling of potholes, utility cuts, over lays, edge repairs & small road carpeting jobs filled in pots & compacted as directed.
