Taking down chowkhats or frames ( without taking down shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Meter each and removing from site complete all as specified.( The distrubed surface during taking down shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost for fixing new one of any description. No extra cost is permissble for the material and labour for making good the disturbed surface) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description at any floor not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc laid, bedded and painted in any mortar

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning, threading for refixing or removal to store, all as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning, threading for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

M & L PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work using sub class B bricks in half brick thick walls straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.
