Note: Cost of cutting/ chasing for pipe line making concealed in surfaces shall be deemed includinguded in quoted rates.

S&F in repair for vitreous China squatting pattern Orissa pattern WC size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including lime concrete bedding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets of any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32 mm dia, waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm with pedestal excludings taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32 mm dia, waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) and pedestal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts, flush pipe but excluding flushing cistern) and including plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and making good to dismantled/ damaged floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 600x450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup waste washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair for PVC valveless symphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets 10 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
