Dismantling or Removing old lime or Cement Plaster from Brick or stone masonary walls and racking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm, after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth to masonry brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

12 mm (1/2) thick Cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth to masonry brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over RCC works including deep chipping, finished smooth with proper thickness, watering, curing for required days with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required or the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Un plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.) Casement Door 60 Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 55 mmx2.5 mm for outer frames 102 mm x 60 mm x 2.25 mm for casement Door Sash Profile and 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638 14 EN 477 95 and other applicable codes and standards. (D and D4) etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (including Door Frame)

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) ( FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.) Ventilator/ Top Hung 60 Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 55 mmx2.5 mm for outer frames, 75 mm x 60 mm x 2.25 mm for casement Window Sash Profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN 477 95 and other applicable codes and standards (V) etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S Grill gate ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with cement based putty (water based) of approved quality for making smooth even to receive painting including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Wall Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Unit= Per 1 Sqm.
