S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, and fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of frame size 105x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note : Filling of hollow portion of frames with PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of frame size 125x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note : Filling of hollow portion of frames with PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of pressed steel frame, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing hold fasts, angle, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.
