Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10 stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists) of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all material to site etc., complete complying with standard specification. Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in C.M. 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of Sand) 12mm tk including mixing and finishing to a well smoothened surface, watering cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification TNBPSS 56,57

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality.
