PART - I : Electrical Works

Electrical Works Supply

Supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage to site 63kVA, 11/0.433kV Outdoor type, 3 Ph, 50Hz, Cu wound, Dyn11,ONAN Distribution Transformer complete with all accessories and first oil filled as per tender speciifcation. Transformer shall be as per SEB approved make. (Star rating / Efficiency class of transformer shall be as per SEB standard during executiion).

Supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage to site 25kVA, 11/0.433kV Outdoor type, 3 Ph, 50Hz, Cu wound, Dyn11,ONAN Distribution Transformer complete with all accessories and first oil filled as per tender speciifcation. Transformer shall be as per SEB approved make. (Star rating / Efficiency class of transformer shall be as per SEB standard during executiion).

Supply of 11kV double pole structure with 9 mtr RCC poles including cross bracing’s of ISMC ,GOS with earth switch, polymeric type LA’s & pin insulator, HG fuses, ACSR conductor, stay sets, earthing, alkathine tube etc. as per the specification including civil works. Make of all components shall be as per SEB approved make.

Supply of Switchboards

Design, engineering, manufacture, shop testing, supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage and from storage to site of power distribution board (PDB) :

415 V, 36 KA single front type indoor PDB to receive input power consisting of bus bar chamber, cable alley,outgoing with Fuse complete with wiring, indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter, MFM (Multi Function Meter) etc including all labour and materials with operating mechanism, all accessories, mandatory spares as per data sheet, auxiliaries with FLP LCS(Local Control switch) for tripping the main incomer of PDB etc complete in all respects as specified in technical specification, data sheet & SLD & as per standard Specification.

Single In-comer of 125 Amp (with Single phase preventer) 4P MCCB (with Micro processor and based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE with LSIG & Shunt trip) along with VMR.

Outgoing with 01 no. 80 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE) for Booster Compressor.

Outgoing with 01 no. 63 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE) for APFC panel.

Outgoing with 02 nos. 32 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C, S/C & E/F RELASE) for UPS and Static Bypass.

Outdoor type dust & weather proof sheet steel (2 mm thick) enclosed MCCB of following rating for mounting on wall or pedestal. 125A, 415V, 4 Pole, AC-23 duty and suitable for termination of 3.5 x 95/50 sq.mm A2XFY cable on incomer terminals and outgoing terminals, with RYB indication.

Outdoor type dust & weather proof sheet steel (2 mm thick) enclosed MCCB of following rating for mounting on wall or pedestal. 100A, 415V, 4 Pole, AC-23 duty and suitable for termination of 3.5 x 95/50 sq.mm A2XFY cable on incomer terminals and outgoing terminals, with RYB indication.

Supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage of lighting fixtures complete with mounting bracket, flame proof/non flame proof, control gear box/ Junction Box ,glands ,lugs as per the type of fixture, lamps etc. including civil work with pipe inserts for cables and connecting work, with all material and labour as per specifications, drawings and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Work to be completed in all respects.

Street lighting, integral flame proof well glass fixture (CMIFR approved for Zone-1/2 gas group IIA & IIB) with 72 W LED luminaire with flame proof control gear/ Junction box (Model no. FLPW-1095 of Baliga make or equivalent)

Supply of Integral flame proof Flood Light fixture (CMIFR approved for Zone-1/2 gas group IIA & IIB) with 72 W LED luminaire (Baliga make or equivalent)

Supply of Street lighting pole 6mtr high GI octagonal pole (Type BOP-6030 of Bajaj make or equivalent) complete with bracket, GI clamps for fixing flame proof control gear box as per standard drawing & specification.

Design, engineering, supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage, of the complete earthing and lightning protection system, earth electrodes/ pit, earth main ring, earthing of electrical equipments, instrument panels, field instruments, process equipments and pipes/ flanges including all associated civil work with all material (Like Bitumen coating) and labour as per specification and drawings approved by the company in with IS 3043.

SOLAR SYSTEM FOR OUTDOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING

Design, manufacture, testing at works, supply, storage, transportation to site of Solar Street lighting system complete with GI pole and GI mounting bracket, control gear box, internal cable from fitting to junction box, and 15W LED fixture (Fixtures Bajaj Make or equvalent and Battery make Exide, Amron etc), three days battery backup with solar Module, earthing, electronics, dusk-dawn operation etc including pipe inserts for cables and connecting work and commissioning spares as required, with all material and labour as per specifications, drawings and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal height of GI pole shall be 6m. Work to be completed in all respects.

Supply of following Hot Dip Galvanized Ladder/Perforated Type cable trays (as per IS 2629) including bends, tee, crosses,horizontal and vertical splices along with cable tray cover(Wherever required for Asthetic look ) etc. as required including supply of all G.I hardwares, all labour and material as required as per standard drawings, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 230 V, 36 KA single front type indoor wall mounted ACDB to receive input from UPS consisting of Incomer 32A DP MCB & Outgoing 10 Nos. 6A to 10A DP MCB, complete with wiring, indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter etc including all labour and materials with operating mechanism & all accessories.

Erection Material

Supply of MS base frame support for switch gear and bracket for misc. electrical equipment,cable tray support out of roled MS section,pipes,plates etc including welding, bolting, reveting, supply of necessary anchor bolts and grouting etc supply of paints applying one coat of anti rust primer two finish coats of approved synthetic enamel paints including bracking walls, floors etc for structure as required including supply of all GI hardware materials including all labour and materials complete as required and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

For COCO/RO/OLS/MS/DBS/DCU

Supply of electrical accessories including, cable tags, cable tie ,Flexible pvc conduit,cable marker, nickle plated lugs, double compressed brass cable glands,brass adaptar/reducers/nipples, fixing of metallic anchor fasteners for supporting of cable trays and misc. electrical switchgear including all labour and materials complete as required and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of required material for construction of Cable pit with pit cover (SFRC cover HD-20 of IS-12592) including civil works repair, concrete wall/brick wall & its materials, cable conduits interface & its water sealing, cable support structure including all labour and materials complete in all aspect as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

UPS SYSTEM

Installation, Testing and Commissioning, packing, forwarding, delivery by equipment supplier at site including commissioning spares as required of UPS systems as per specification, datasheet, block diagram of the following rating :

3KVA, 50 Hz, Industrial Type,single UPS system suitable for input Power Installation, Testing and Commissioning voltage of 320V-460V- TPN (184-265V/Ph) , output 230 V +/- 1%, AC with Bypass Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Battery Bank , and 2.0 hrs. Battery backup (VRLA, 12V) and battery capacity shall not be less than 14 KVAh (where KVAH = battery AH x 12 V x No. of Batteries). Charger rating shall not be less than 6.5 kW. Supplying and laying plain cement concrete of the following proportions at all leads and lifts in all levelling courses under foundations, floors, pipelines, trenches, pits etc. using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max. size and down including mechanical mixing, transporting,shuttering (if required) consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer Incharge.

STEEL REINFORCEMENT

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position TMT steel reinforcements of grade Fe 500 at all levels and positions, all leads and lifts including the cost of transport, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding, fixing, tying in position with annealed binding wire, welding provision of necessary chairs and spacers, including tying and bending dowel bars and their straightening upon deshuttering (wherever necessary) as per drawings and specifications and including cost of binding wire, labour, cover blocks in CM 1:2 etc., all complete for reinforced concrete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer Incharge.

a) Reinforcement conforming to Grade Fe-500 of IS : 1786-2008 ( TMT bars from SAIL /RINL/TATA STEEL/JSW )

Providing, constructing and finishing of compound wall in RCC frame structure with precast RCC wall panels of 100mm thickness mounted on in-situ RCC columns of 400mmx450mm size at an interval of 3.0 m or as specified in construction drawing and height 2m as specified as per scope of work , including plastering, coping, painting, whitewash,concertina coil, embossing of logo of the client, on all columns, finishes all complete as per technical specifications, tender drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 150mm thick M-25 Pre cast RCC drain/trench cover including cost of shuttering as per drawing and direction of Engineer In Charge. The RCC cover shall have edge protection with 150mm wide 1.6mm thick MS sheet all around alongwith 2 nos 16 mm dia bar for hook etc complete including painting of MS sheet. Reinforcement shall be paid in respective SOR Item.

Providing and laying R.C.C.(M25 Grade concrete) vacuum dewatering concrete flooring with floor hardener of approved make to be sprinkeled at the rate of 5 kg/sqm before mechanical troweeling as per manufacturer's specifications including mixing, tamping mechanically, consolidating, leveling cement concrete of grade M25 in grade slab, 200/150 thick including suction drying, mechanical trowelling (power float) and finishing, curing, cutting expansion grooves and filling expansion grooves with polysulphide joint fillers complete as specified and directed including shuttering but excluding reinforcement, including doweled construction joints as per drawings.

FINISHING

12 mm cement internal plaster on walls of all heights at all levels in perfect line and level

18 mm external cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) for all heights and levels in perfect line and level

Painting with APEX/Wheathershield make exterior paint with one coat of primer and two or more coat of approved paint on new work wherever required to achieve even shade and colour for all heights and levels.

Providing and laying paving of pre cast concrete interlocking pavers made of M30 grade concrete of 80 mm thickness of approved colour combination, pattern make, size, of compressive strength 300KG /sq cm. Paver blocks should be laid on sand cushion as required with a gap of 1.5mm between the blocks filled with sand including paving and curb gap to be filled with concrete of same grade of concrete pavers

DISMANTLING/DEMOLISHING

Demolishing of Cement Concrete (PCC) of all grades manually/mechanical means including disposal of debris as directed by the Engineer. Debris shall be disposed outside the site and this shall be entirly Contractor's responsibility irrespective of any Lead.
