Taking down cement or cement lime plaster/Pointing on stone/brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on stone/Brick masonary surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of Stone/brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-WPC measured and paid separately.

M & L for internal wall complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander having mechanical vacuum mechanism with RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.50 kg putty per minute. (b) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. (c) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M & L for internal wall after Item No-04 one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer on wall surfaces @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for internal wall after Item No-04 & 05, two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for external wall new plastered surfaces, one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer on wall surfaces @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
