Replacing broken roofing slab in patches including lime terrace, ceiling plaster etc. including removal of broken slabs.

Providing and laying brick kharanja on roofs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound in square pattern55mm to 60mm thick average

Providing Gola 75 mm x 75 mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand )as per standard design.

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level M 10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6(1 cement:3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:6 including ranking of joints etc. complete fine finished 20 mm thick

Kota Stone slabs flooring 25mm thick over 20mm (averege) thick base laid over and jointed with Grey cement Slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Slab including rubbing and Polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coare sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 sqcm.
