Cutting or uprooting grass incl removing old mud phuska/ roof treatment of any thickness and description, removing rubbish off the premises, and cleaning the surface complete as specified.

Removing building materals etc. to a distance exc. 100 m and n exc. 5.0 Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

M&L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces for roof treatment by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application, repair all cracks by cutting "V" groove and fill with PMC mortar (Polymer modified cement mortar) prepared by cleaning free from dust and loose particles and apply on dry surface first coat of crack fillar using putty knife or trowel allow to dry for 4 to 6 hr, afterthat apply second coat and dry for 4-6 hrs in ratio as per manufacturers specification, provide 75 mm x 75 mm benching coping made out of PMC mortar as above on all joints of vertical upstands to ensure that moisture content in the prepared surface does not exceed 5% immediately before application of liquid membrane. Material incorporation & Protection be provided as Terrasheild first apply with water (ratio terrasheild : water will be 4:1) as primer with coverage area 0.1 Kg per Sqm. After 2-3 hour later, second step apply directly first coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller.Spread non woven geo textile of 40 / 50 gsm with overlap of 50 mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky. After 4-6 hour later, apply third step apply directly second coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller. final thickness of complete treatment should be minimum 1.0 mm. Water tank and Khurra location one additional coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm be provided. after complete application full curing minimum 7 days . Above complete application will be done by authorized apllicator from Manufacturer and manufacturer's specification. Make IWL co/ STP/Piddilite .

M&L for 50mm thick PCC type B-0,( 1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section from unframed work complete all as specified.

Dismantling ceiling with frame work of any description and arrange ment with complete supporting members

S&F GI snap grid frame work of size 600 x 600 mm for false ceiling including necessary notching. The snap grid shall consist of GI Main Tee and Cross Tee of size 35 x 25 x 0.7 mm, Main Tee suspended from the soffit @ 1200mm c/c with level clips, Cross Tee inserted/fixed into the slots of main T @ 600 mm to form a grid. The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with GI angle of size 25 x 25 x 0.7 mm fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stringing Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) any type of ACSR conductor for airtermination points supported by GI tubing on the roof of the ESHs to inner connect the all termination points including taking down of existing conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I.(ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors.(iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

M&L for Test point with Junction box of polycarbonate body with minimum rating IP 65 of size not less than 130mmx170mmx80mm complete including made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw fixed with earth strips including nut bolt with washer on both side inside the junction box and junction box shall be fixed on wall/ pole with suitable clamp including accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make of Junction box - Naptune Cat No 1005 / equivalent in Hansel/ Spelsberg including dismantling of old unservieable MS test point box complete.

S&F porcelain insulator for roof conductor and down coinductor with one meter intervel secured with suitable screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 20 mm graded aggregate filling and mass concrete, for road finishing, PCC blocks, earthing pit cover, and foundation concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing broken PCC earth chambers of any description and providing earth chamber of size 300 mm x 300mm (Internal size),and depth 280mm and 75mm thick with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI Funnel with wire mesh on existing 20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
