M&L for carrying out ' B ' check Maintenance for 320 KVA DG set of Make : Greaves Cotton which include replacement of LO filter, Fuel filter, by pass filter, cleaning of air filter using pressure air, O ring, gaskets, screws etc and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, cleaning with CRC of all moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly and refilling new water after mixing with coolant including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc, change of Air cleaner evacuator valve and checking fan hub / Idler and water pump, cranckcase breather. Checking Air piping and vibration damper, filling with new coolant complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Engine oil and other accessories as required shall will be measured and paid seperately under respective item (ii) The 'B' check will be carried out by authorised technician from OEM or DG set manufacturer .

M&L for carrying out 'C' check Maintenance for 320 KVA DG set of Make: Greaves Cotton which include the following :- (a) Change of Engine Oil including cleaning of engine oil chamber properly (Engine oil will be measured and paid seperately under respecive item) (b) Replacement of LO filter, Fuel filter, By pass filter, O ring, Gasket sets, screws etc. (c) Lubricate ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hyd Governor and change of fuel tank breather. (d) Change of air cleaner evacuator valve and Check Fan hub / Idler and water pump. (e) Change of cranckcase breather, checking air piping and vibration damper (f) Cleaning fuel tank from inside, draining out water from radiator assembly, cleaning properly and refilling new water after mixing with complete coolant in radiator including tightening all inlet and outlet connections (g) Inspection of alternator and starter etc and replacement of parts as required (Parts will be measured seperately under respective item). (h) Applying grease, CRC in moving parts and and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc. NOTE :- The spares used for carrying out 'C check will be as per recommendations of DG set manufacturer
