Reconditioning/overhauling of air blower & motor assembly by way of dismantling/ dismembering and carrying to appropriate workshop for repairs, overhauling, rewinding of motor as required for stand-by motor, replacement of worn-out parts in air blower and motor, carrying back to site of work after completion of overhauling to the best satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge one by one without affecting the process of back washing, reassembling and re-fixing at its original position including replacement of M-oil of suitable grade, air filters, polyester fan belts corresponding to IS specifications, replacement of worn-out nuts & bolts by S.S anti corrosive nuts & bolts, greasing of parts including repairs to electrical control boxes including replacing of existing oil immersed starter by new L&T (Mug type). The job includes making of required electrical and mechanical connections including painting of surfaces with two coats of primer & metal paint of approved quality to give an even shade. The job includes providing/fixing of new base frame fabricated out of ISMC 75 and providing of necessary earthing fixtures for each of blower units and providing of 6’x3’ electric shockproof mats (4 Nos) for the same. The job includes all labour, T&P charges, taxes etc and is to be paid after successful testing, commissioning and trial run for a period of one month on full load. Repairs/Restoration to the damaged three phase motors of various capacities of horizontal pumping units by way of disconnecting the power supply connections of the motor then dismantling motor from the main frame. The job includes dismantling of motor assembly and then extracting the damaged/ burnt stator coils from the stator slots using proper tools & tackles avoiding damage to the stator core. The job includes inserting proper insulation in all slots and then complete rewinding of three phase motors in copper wire (insulated) having specific size and gauge of superior quality and same within the existing parameters. The job also includes any repairs including lathe work of shafts etc to pumping equipments of the motors including replacement of wornout bearings and couplings as per requirement. The job shall further include reinstallation of the motor on the frame and then re-coupling of the pump-motor and then completing the electric connections. Job includes testing on full load conditions at site. Job also includes cost on account of skilled manpower, involved tools /tackles, all carriages, leads and lifts, handling, rehandling and also includes the painting of pump and motor assembly with anti-corrosive paint. Providing and installation of starter L&T MUG type 3-phase (220-240 volts) including making of necessary connections with the following specifications: Relay- MN5, Relay Range-30 to 50 Amp., coil voltage-240-418 and voltage havng single phasing overload phase in balance and phase reversal protection including all sorts of carriages upto the site of installation.

Servicing and overhauling including repairs/replacement of automatic voltage regulators/stabilizers by way of repairs to control system and digitalization of servo stabilizer including repairs as per requirements. The job includes disconnecting of power supply connections from mains and carrying of the stabilizers to workshop including all leads and lifts, loading/unloading and taking back to site by mechanical transport after carrying out the necessary repairs at workshop and then placing properly at site and making electrical connections of incoming and outgoing cables. The job includes successful testing on full load and shall be paid in fitted and fixed form. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site incharge. (All complete)

(Part- B)

Providing and fixing of 120 watt LED street light luminaries corresponding to IS/IEC specifications of make of standard/international repute in place of existing defunct/non-functional lights including mounting on brackets made of 30mm dia GI pipe not less than 1.50 mtr length (with bended arm partioned at 0.90 lentgth and of 0.60 mtr arm) fixed with suitable clamps and welded with the existing poles including painting with 2 coats of anti corrosive primer and metal paint. The job includes providing and fixing of 16Amp/32Amp MCBs in junction box to be fixed at 1.80 mtrs height of pole from ground level and providing and laying of 4mm sq insulated copper wire of standard quality/reputed make from junction box to LED lights encased in PVC tube fixed with pole with suitable clamps. The job includes all carriages, labour, T&P charges and is to be paid in fitted & fixed form including successful testing commissioning and trial run for a period of two months. (All complete)

Providing & fixing of 30watt LED lights for various filtration houses, S.Rs and outside residential quaters corresponding to IS/IEC specification of make of standard/international repute including necessary 1.5mm2 wiring single pole, 10Ampere MCB’s, side brackets including clippings, nuts bolts and other allied electric accessories and making good the walls if necessary after fixing of lights. The job includes all carriage, labour, T&P charges, successful installation, testing and commissioning. The job is to be paid in fitted and fixed form and for a trial run for a period of two months. Providing & fixing of 9watt LED lamps of superior quality (Havells/Philips) for staff & JE’s quarters, filtration houses including providing and fixing of thread type holders for LED lamps including all fixtures as per site requirement.
