Supply of MS special-made out of 8mm thick- MS Reducer 500/400mm dia painting both sides with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand. Materials supply at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply of MS special-made out of 16mm thick- MS Flange 500mm diapainting both sides with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand. Materials supply at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Hire and Running Charges of Crane 20 Ton Capacity DSR 00228 Exluding GST
Hiring of DG Set of 62KVA with fuel, operator and transportation for the welding work and other works as required at site. (DJB Planning rates)
Dewatering of rising main by submersible pump set of suitable capacity at site of work (14.23 DSR-21)
Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Air Line, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.
Dismantling of Existing Sluice valve 500mm dia and other allied acessories and cutting of rusted nut bolts by fixing of new Sluice Valve 500 mm dia ( provide by department), MS Flanges and MS reduce 500/400mm dia along with nut bolts washer and Neuropean rubber packing sheet with the help of all labour like Fitter, Cutter, Welder, Helper, Beldar, Superviser, Electrician and Chowkidar and material like Welding Machine, Cutter Set i/c Oxygen, LPG set etc, and Welding Rod, T&P alongwith its Transportation i/c loading unloading complete at site of work.
Constructing CCFoundaton for fixing of Sluice Valve , in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for sluice valve etc 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agreegate 20mm nominal size), and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 Coarse sand) for the safety of sluice valve at site.
Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
