DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT SECTOR 28, 31 AND 47 UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

To attend elect complaints under sector 47 of any nature pertaining to internal electrification, ceiling Fan/Geyser/exhaust fan/or, fault finding, short circuiting, No light of any nature any where reported by users,bldg light, LT control panel, main distribution board, sub distribution board and connected wiring/control LT cables of size of any type and and any location and locating the fault and rectification of the fault and replacing the burnt out items as per site requirement incl making connection and testing after completion of job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note for item 1 & 2:- (i) The T&P items and testing lamp shall be provided by the Contractor at his own cost. (ii) Any spare required for rectification/replacement will be paid under ser no 3 to 62 items. (iii) The Contractor or his authorized representative (with mobile phone) shall remain in the complaints cells of GE (AF) MC Chd located in Sec 47 daily for collection of complaint slip from the concerned JE E/M. (iv) Contractor will supply following well experienced and well conversant team against GENERAL NATURE COMPLAINTS at 1000 Hrs to 1700 Hrs & URGENT NATURE COMPLAINTS –24 Hrs. at a time for attending elect complaints all working days including Sunday & all Holidays. (v) The date/time and nature of complaint URGENT or GENERAL shall be indicated on each complaint slip by JE E/M. (vi) Replacement of the items shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no 3 to 62. (vi) All complaint slip shall be returned by the contractor in the complaints cells of GE (AF) MC Chd located in Sec 47 daily or same day upto 1700 Hrs to the JE E/M or his representative after necessary repair/replacement have been carried out and signature of the user on the complaint slip. It is responsibility of the contractor for rectification of complaint to be satisfied by the users. the contractor's dues. URGENT NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Within 02 Hrs AND GENERAL NATURE COMPLAINTS : Upto 1700Hrs. In Case of failure to rectify the defect in complaints within this time, recovery shall be made from the Contractor`s @ Rs 500/- per Hrs for Each urgent nature complaint & @ Rs200/- per day for each general nature complaints. A pucca bound register shall be maintained for this purpose which shall always be kept in custody of JE E/M indicating date. A recovery of missing complaints slip shall be made at rate of @ Rs10. from the contractor. In case of absent of team Rs. 1000/day per person shall be recovered from contractor's dues.

Supply and fix in replacement of 02 feet10 Watt LED Batten with extruded aluminimum housing with high quality PC diffuser colour temp, 6500K ,PF >0.9 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of Indoor decorative aluminium extruded 5 watt T5 LED surface mirror fixture having system efficiecy >80,power factor>0.9,THD,10%,surge protection 2.5KV with diffuser and decorative end caps(6500K) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Recess mounting 36 watt LED of size 2x2 feet slim ceiling light with extruded aluminium housing powder coated, milky diffuser, operating voltage 120V-280V, power factor>0.95, inbuilt Short circuit protection and surge protection, soft and uniform light distribution, system lumen more than 100lm/W,CRI>80, integrated constant current electronic driver with 2 year warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Bulk head Luminaire made of PDC aluminium hosing with polycarbonate diffuser 7 watt LED and heat sink integrated housing system ,colour temp, 6500K, PF >0.9 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of LED ADORE 9 watt B22ww 3 star lamp complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC casing caping 32x16mm complete with fixing nails complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC insulated copper wire FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core for repair of no light complaint as required at site complete all as specified and directed
