Taking down carefully street light/flood light fitting of any type/description from poles/walls or any other location & depositing in MES installation for reuse of serviceable fittings in another location in Cantt area complete all as spd and directed. (Note:- The fitting found unserviceable shall be given to contractor in credit as per details included in Sch of credit)

Supply, fixing LED security light 45watt LED with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing, IP 66 having pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistance toughned glass complete making connections with street light terminal box/overhead conductor and including PVC insulated & sheathed single core cable of size 1.5Sqmm 3 runs for phase, earth,neutral & including PVC rigid conduit duly clamped with pole including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Notes:- 1. Driver shall be potted antivibration type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50,000 burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be povided. 3. CRI (Colou Rendring Index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colout Correlated Temprature of fixture shall be 5700K ± 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100Lm/W 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. 5 years gurantee shall be provided by contractor suppoted by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. 8. Lenses shall be Modular Type. 9. PCB used shall be MC PCB type 10. The defect liability period of LED light shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the Contractor shall replace / repair the defective fitting within 07 Days after handing over to Contractor for replacement / repair 11. CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. 12. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 13. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintaince required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supply and fixing street light Bracket made out of 32 mm bore GI tubing medium grade 1.2 mtrs long bend to shape at an angle of 120° by bending & making necessary arrangement for fixing odd size light fitting including clamp and nut bolt all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for installation of cable junction box made of high quality DK thermoplastic of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm including four number connection terminals suitable mouted on DN rail for alumiuim cables upto 25 sqmm 4 core with and including one single pole MCB 'C' curve type of current rating 6 amps and rupturing cap 10 KA complete with thermoplastic cable glands and fixed on GI Pipe and using pole clamps made out of appropriate material all as required at site or directed including inspection/ site testing (after installation at site) complete all as spd and directed. Make: HENSEL cat pt No K 9255 or techno commercially equivalent modal in sintex/Meco.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium conductor cable twin core PVC insulated and overall sheathed of size 4 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make : Plaza, Havells, Paraflex
