Repairing of Classrooms at Belpahar Training Institute Under BIT of Lakhanpur Area

Part-A (Class Room and conference):- Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12-17mm decorative charcoal/wpc louvers of approved design, shade, and pattern on wall surface, including necessary surface preparation, applying suitable adhesive/fasteners as per manufacturer’s specification, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include cutting, jointing, edge finishing, cleaning, and scaffolding, etc. to give a neat and uniform appearance.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood flooring with planks of sizes 14 mm thick, minimum 1800 mm length and minimum 100 mm wide, in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 18 mm and door reducer of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
