Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1 : 3 : 6

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure up to plinth level including dewatering if necessary. (b) In proportion 1:4

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately). (A) 112mm thick brick wall. (a) In proportion 1:4.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (b) 20 mm thick

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick walls up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar 1:4

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly booming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts).

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. b) ISI approved Super Ductile TMT bar

Providing SUN ROCK HIGH CTS /Devi Pavers block/tiles of concrete grade M3 or above of approved quantity, size, shape of specified thickness over leveling bedding layer of 30 mm compacted sand over base course of W.B.M or PCC( Base Course to be paid separately)including cutting where necessary finished with spreading, sweeping jointing sand and compacting the PAVERS using Vibrating Compactor as specified and directed. (a) 80 mm thick

Supplying including installation of the Octagonal poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed of 169 km/hr. The top loading i.e. area and weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the poles and the same shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982. The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding of the pole shaft. The welding of the pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Welding process. All octagonal pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside. The welding shall be done as per process approved by Third Party Inspection agency. (BAJAJ/ PHILIPS/ VALMONT/ PARUTHI ENGR/Nezone make) Pole Type BOP or equivalent-8030 Height 8 m The materials of the pole as follows : Conforming to grade S355JO Conforming to grade S355JO, Base Plate :- Fe 410 Conforming to IS 226/ IS 2062, Foundation Bolts :- 6.8 Gr. As per IS 1367, Pole Sections :- The Octagonal Poles shall be in single piece with single longitudinal welding join, Galvanization :- The poles shall be hot dip galvanized as per IS 2629 / IS 2633 / IS 4759 standards with average coating thickness of 65 micron. The galvanizing shall be done in single dipping. Door opening:- The Octagonal poles shall have door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connection as approved by the Depts.. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. The pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door compensate for the loss in section.
