Execution of works under MC and EW (Devlopments and Repairs of Buildings) to maintenance of office rooms and Toilets of Aizawl Circle office, Aizawl, Mizoram for F.Y - 2026-27

Provision for Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) sqm

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessaryrepairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications . Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Provision for fixing of curtains including necessary fitting Etc.(For floor 01 & floor 2) as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Provision for repairing of plumbing ,Aluminum Partition & sanitary items of toilet block & water connections with PVC pipe ,(different size) , gate valve, cocks, ball valve, connecting pipe , water connection pipe of toilets,cisterns & others accessories as per requirement of the same including all taxes and fitting & fixing charges etc completed. as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Provision for repairing of front side glow sign boards (3 nos.) and necessary electrification along with replacement of 3 nos. damaged decorative outside light Etc as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Provision for Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared of allotted land at new Capital Comptex by the MINECO for ASI Aizwal Circle Office Building for fixing of demarcation posts.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within alead of 50 m.
