Supplying of 1.1 KV grade following sizes Al. armoured PVC/XLPE.(Make-Glostar/RR Kabel/Polycab/Mescab) as per direction of EIC. 4 core 16 sqmm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below: 4 core 16 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4 core 16 sqmm

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying & Fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. 25 mm dia

S&F Timer Control Unit for single phase Split type AC machine & Street Lights assembled with following accessories: - i)12-way SPNDB Box (L & T/Legrand/Siemens)-1 no. ii)16A FP MCB (Make: L&T or equivalent model of Legrand /Siemens ) - 1 no. iii)Digital 24 hour time switch (Make-L&T Cat no.-67DDT0 or equivalent model of GIC/Siemens) -1no. iv)22A 3-pole power contactor (L&T: Type-MNX22 ; Cat no.-CS94980 & CS94981 with 1NO + 1NC Aux. Contacts or equivalent model of Siemens/ABB)---1set. v)Melamine terminal block-2 nos. vi)LED indicating lamp (L&T: SIL R 240V)-1 no. vii) ON/OFF Push = 2 nos viii) 6 amp auto mannual toggle switch (Make- L&T or equivalent make as approved by E.I.C) All control circuit wiring would be made by 1x1.5 sqmm FRLS stranded Cu wire(Brand approved by E.I.C) and the I/C & O/G circuit with 1x4sqmm copper wire of suitable length maintaining colour code incl taping, socketing to complete the work.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paints, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sandpaper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. Upto 9.0 mtr long pole. 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat of RO priming.

2nd coatof aluminium paint over 1st coat.

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing (around the pole) dimension 600x600x760 mm in size or equivalent size of cylindrical muffing above ground level at the base pole complete with 3mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round after dismantling the unserviceable muffing.

Supply & Fixing of 70 W LED outdoor street light fittings (Make- Crompton TRP-409-70-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent model no. of Philips/Bajaj/Surya/Wipro) complete with all accessories to be fixed on 9mtr Pole/1.5 mtr Pole as per direction of EIC.

Inter connection between loop box to fittings by 1.1KV 3x1.5sqmm single core stranded FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Havells/Gloster/Polycab approved by EIC) incl. necy. Fittings as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. (a) upto 150 mm thick
