Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm .(Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid) .

Supply and laying well burnt sub class-B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of polycarbonate cable junction box of size 300X200X105mm with complete three phase terminal with connecting clamps,nuts,screws etc. with fixing arrangement. Make : Syntax or equivalent as per E-in-C.

Supply and fixing decoretive recess mounted square downlighter with al. extrusionsqure ring & MS powder coated white housing and separate replaceable electronic driver (7 w LED 4000K) Ceiling Cutout 122 x 122 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Havels/Bajaj/HPL

Dismantling of steel pole/struts of any size & type duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking down cross arms / ACSR conductors etc. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth coping/collar above GL. Complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32 x 6mm , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke andcommon salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as directed.

Ditto as per item No 20 above but copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick with 20x3mm copper strip and 32mm dia GI pipe (light grade) protection pipe and earth pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make of GI Pipe: NEZONE/Jindal or equivalent.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of Maintenance free chemical earthing of Advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper Coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm &3Meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A)additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be The highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7with 25kg each bag &resistivity should be 0.05 ohm meter.. The job includes digging th pit and refilling the same by fursecem Back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having mixed with 3:1 cement , a conductive concrete is formed. The earth pit should provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT -205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furseCEM- a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ration chemical compound with the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make : ABB FurseCEM as per RB 336 or equivalent. Each earth pit should contain:- 1.) 1 no. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel, 17. 2 mm dia , 3 meter length. 2.) Rod to tape clamp (type A). 3.) 25kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7 4.) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000kg weight load capacity. Note:- Supply and installation need to be done by ABB authorised system intrigrator , SATCOM.

M&L Two core alluminium conductor multistrand 4 sq mm which is connected to Cable junction box to street light and in panel all as directed. Make- Havells/Polycab or equivalent.

S & F in repair energy saving LED building security light fitting of 18 watt having IP 65 protection complete with all fixing arrangement & GI pipe bracket of 25 mm dia not less than 1 Mtr of Length , bend in shape complete all as specified & directed. Make- HPL, cat part No- HPLLEDSL1860P / Bajaj /Havells/Philips.
