Arrangement of all safety equipment like air face mask, Air line breathing apparatus, hand blowers, helmet, gum boots, protective body suit, hand gloves, gas detector, safety belt, portable ladder, irst aid box, torch etc for the protection of staff to work at height and to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Making a temporary working platform by approximately 30 ft long bamboos and manila rope etc inside the approx. 30 ft deep Sump at different height/ location in the individual pit/ channel.

Hiring charges or long boom Hydra with operator and fuel.

Hiring of Super-Sucker and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth up to 10 mtr. i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board, 62.5 KVA diesel generator set and suction hose pipes with all fittings i/c cost of manpower (1 No. qualified engineer, 2 Nos. driver, 4 Nos. S.G Beldars, 2 Nos. operator), and cost of diesel, lubricants, insurance, safety equipments, mobilization charges etc. all complete as per satisfaction of engineer-In-charge for 8 hrs. Shift per day

Dismantling and removing the worn out and damaged M.S. Structure and elements for the screen cutting and removing the supporting M.S. channels plates and Angles, from outside the Screening Chamber with the help of Gas-Cutter and heavy labour thereafter Cutting the M.S. Structure and Screen under hazardous and confine space with the gas cutting set, making arrangement for exhaust of generated toxic gases and deploying ventilation means. Taking out the cut-screen from 30 feet deep Screening chamber deploying heavy labour, hydraulic mobile crane and lowering lifting tools and tackles Stacking the material inside the premises as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ‘C’ channel vertical possession of 30 ft long of size 200 mm X 75 mm on both side wall in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate with channel of size 250X250X10mm duly drilled 4 no. holes of 16 mm at every corner of plate and fixing with anchor bolts of EN-8 materials of 16 mm as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of platform is 3.4 mtr X 1.3 mtr. Made out of frame by angle 100 x 100 x 6 mm thickness . Fixing with RCC foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted and the RCC foundation. The job also includes fabrication & fixing of movable plates (01 No.) made from SS material having thickness 5mm approx. for collecting floating material from bar screen of size 3000mm x 600mm (Approx) with bolts/hinges for smooth movement.

Under sewage water cutting /Grinding/Drilling /welding in wall including chipping of solid concrete deposited in joint of chamber. For fixing of MS-U Channel deep under the sewer water from top to bottom on both the side and on the downstream of chamber the work include underwater drilling with underwater pneumatic drill machine and thereafter fixing of anchor bolt on the MS-U Channel ,underwater grinding and cutting of MS-U Channel wherever required, underwater grinding etc and other work required for fixing of MS-U channel deep under the toxicated water. Work is to done under deep water with the help of underwater divers.

Providing services of underwater divers to carry out various under sewage water work on Jeevan Park SPS. For underwater concrete/epoxy on Both the side from top to bottom of MS-U Channel fitted inside the chamber the work include cost of Epoxy and services of divers for completing the work. The divers’ team should be equipped with diving equipment such as Diving air control panel, Diving suit, Compressor, oxygen cylinder etc and other under water equipment required at site

Providing and fixing of E.O.T Crane of 3 tons capacity with electric motor of suitable capacity, flanged modulae TEFC type with its wire Rope of sufficient length. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. (Make : Indef/ Reva / W.H Brady/Wester/Globe/Any other DJB Approved)

Providing and fixing of E.O.T Crane of 2 ton capacity with 3 phase electric motor of suitable capacity, flanged modulae TEFC type with its wire Rope of sufficient length. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. (Make : Indef/ Reva / W.H Brady/Wester/Globe/Any other DJB Approved )

Fabrication and fixing of Fibre shed for safety purpose of complete EOT system from the rain fabricated out of Fibre sheet of 3 mm thickness, angle of size 50 X 50 X 6 mm, flat iron of size 75 X 6 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of bar screen (Jali) of size 3.04 mtr long and 1.04 mtr width by fabricated of outer frame by M.S. angle of size 100 X 50 X 5 mm and inner portion fabricated by M.S. flat iron 0f 50 X 8 mm duly welded one by one at 30 mm gap approx(center to center) in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing of rope hook & also provide side roller support as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of bar screen (Jali) of size 2.6 mtr long and 2.42 mtr approx width by fabricated of outer frame by M.S. angle of size 150 X 75 X 5.7 mm and inner portion fabricated by M.S. flat iron 0f 50 X 8 mm duly welded one by one at 50 mm approx gap (center to center) in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing of rope hooks & also provide side roller support as per site requirement.

P/F of Safety Jail over the Sump (i) 762mm x 1245mm - 2Nos. (ii) 2286mm x 1245mm - 2Nos. (iii) 2060mm x 2745mm - 1No. The job also includes fabrication & fixing of movable plates (02 Nos.) made from SS material (5mm Thickness Approx.) for collecting floating material from bar screen of size 800mm x 1300mm (Approx) & suitable thickness with bolts/hinges for smooth movement.

Providing of MS Nut bolts with washer of various size.

Providing of fasteners with washer of size 150 X 16 mm made out of EN-8 Material.

Fabrication and fixing railing for platform for safety purpose of staff.

Making electric connection fixing of panel box by main supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement.

Painting and primer charges of newly made complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.

Testing & commissioning of complete system.
