Dismantling of Flexible Pavements (By Mechanical Means) Dismantling of flexible pavements thickness above 50mm by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical clause 202 of MORT&H specifications (Item No. 24.3 A)

Compaction of earth work & preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (in case of link road earth work to be done by villages) (Item no. 24.4C)

prime coat @ 0.85kg per sqm Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications (Item No. 24.15)

Tack Coat @0.40kg per sqm Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical specifications (Item No. 24.16b)

Bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thickness (Grading II) Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @3.4%, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications (Item No. 24.18b)

Providing and laying patch work with bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.4% in Continuous type hot mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid after trimming the pot hole, removal of failed material, laying by suitable means and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller to match the adjoining surface complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications. (Item No. 24.36a)

Providing string out, cutting, jointing and testing of ISI marked D.I pipe (S &S pipe as per) IS 8329 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage. B) D.I pipe as per IS 8329 DI K-7 h) 400 mm i/d pipe line laid complete (Item No. 28.7B)

Excavation manually in trenches with straight or open cutting in built up street/ lane having wall to wall width of street/ lane upto 3.0 metre, for intramural sullage drains, extramural intercepting drains and outfall drains, storm water channels and other work contingent or incident thereto, to full dimensions and depth as shown on the drawings or as shall be required by Engineerin-charge including dressing to correct sections and dimensions according to templates and levels, dewatering of rain water, diversion of traffic. Providing and fixing and maintenance of caution boards, fencing, night signals, for leads upto 15m and for all lifts and subsequent refilling, watering and dressing upto groung level, including removal of surplus spoil from the site upto 15 metre distance complete in all respects. Excavation in trenches with straight or open cutting in streets, lanes or in open area with 3D/JCB or excavator including manually dressing bed, trimming sides and side slopes for sewers and manholes to full depths as shown in drawings,including, dressing to correct sections and dewatering, provision for diversion for traffic, protection of existing services i.e. telephone cables, electric lines, water supply lines and gas lines etc. night signals, profiles, pegs, sight rails, boning rods, watching, etc., fixing and maintenance of caution boards, fencing, refilling trenches, watering, ramming and restoration of surface to original level and removal of surplus spoil from the site of works, upto one chain (15m) complete in all respects. a) For depth not exceeding 3 m. Supplying and laying D.I specials/fittings as per IS:9523-2000 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge), class K-12 suitable for tyton joint with external scaffolding, tools and plants, ropes, guys etc. Complete in all respects. 5% total Cost of pipe =(38444719 x 5%) Note: Payment will made on providing and fixing of special like Tee, bends, sockets etc. as per Work done on preveling rates.
