Earth work excavation in all classes of soil with initial lead and lift and depositing on bank as per SS20B for foundation.

Filling with good river sand including cost and conveyance of sand from approved quarry sources to work site including all labour charges with standard specifications etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS size metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for mixing laying the concrete with good water and compacting the concrete including labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISS size metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for mixing laying the concrete with good water and compacting the concrete including labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and fixing of 15mm thick bitumen pads as expansion joints.(SOR 2022-23;S.I.No.217/Page No:53)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm gauge HBG stone including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction
