Excavation in earth work in hilly area by mechanically in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of mixed soil ,ordinary rock and hard rock .All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion ,damage to hill side water pollution ,etc. and to protect stability of hill side .Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ).All earth work in cutting /excavation ,including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines ,grades, side slopes ,width,camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge,in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for MORT&H Clause 301 of standard data second revision 2019 volume -II to achive designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for constrcution t suitable sites and safe disposal dumping (to be arranged by the contractor ) of unsuitable for material in specified manner ,trimming ,filling of unevenness,blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding .The recovery for stones whether useful or not for 1302.29 cubic metre (one thousand three hundred two point two nine cubic meter )in all cases @ Ruppes 300/-only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion(RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg ( zero point twenty kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per drawings and technical specifications MORT&H Clause 503 of standard data second revision 2019 volume -II including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 Percent of PMB -70 by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with ahydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to there quired grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 of standard data second revision 2019 volume -II complete in all respects.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge..The work should be executed as per Job Mix furmula approved by department .The rates should be quated accordingly.Nothing extra shall be applicable on this account.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORTH specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level.
