Operation and routine maintenance of Bana and Basantar Enclave sewage treatment plant installations viz sewage pump sets, air blower pump sets, and TWT motor pump, chloronome plant and stand by generating sets etc of any capacity/type/ pattern including LT control panel with complete switch gears and starter & allied/ connected fittings/fixtures with including minor repairing like replacement of gland packing, nut & bolts within the installations, operation of valve of STP pumping and discharge pipe line including daily/periodical maintenance like oiling, greasing of DG sets, pumping set , air blower etc. Cleaning of STP area within pumping installation and STP pump house building etc.. by deployment of one qualified, experienced operator / tradesman (skilled) per shift per installation, operation consists of two shift in a day (i.e. 08 hours each in two shifts, 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ) in two shifts including sunday and holidays for smooth functioning of installation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Note:- If contractor have repetively fail to maintaining STP treated water CPCB parameters due to negligence operation he shall be paid penalty which ever raising from punjab polution control board/ MES dept Note for item No 1 : (a) DG Set to be run during breakdown of electricity and for static run as and when required/directed. (b) DHPP and Chlorine gas/ sodium hypochloride, Alum etc will be provided to contractor by the department under Schedule 'B' (c) Material such as cotton waste, protective clothing, first aid box, gas mask, hand gloves, Gum boots, open/ring spanner, torch etc. and other instruments required for maintenance, manning and operation of plant shall be arranged by the contractor from his own sources for which cost of the same shall deem to be included in this rate. Penalty of Rs. 1000.00 per pump house will be charged from the contractor if these material are not provided or as and when found missing at the installations. (d) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the water supply installation neat and clean on every day and cutting of grass inside fencing or up to 20 Mtr surrounding the pump house building incl removal of vegitation & weeds from roof top, walls & plinth protection etc. of installations. Penalty of Rs. 100.00 per day per instalations will be charged from the contractor for non compliance.

(e) Operator must have ITI / Diploma certificate or minimum 6 years experience in the field. (f) All the documentation such as log sheets, attendance register and Chlorine test register daily shall maintain as per procedure in vogue.Penalty of Rs. 2000.00 per pump house will be charged from the contractor if these documents aqre not maintained or not properly maintained . (g) Penalty of Rs. 1000 will be charged if operator is found absent for more than 4 hours per shift. (h) In case of any major faults which is beyond the control will immediately intimate to the JE /Engr -in-Charge. (j) The contractor shall pay/credit minimum wages/salary to employees/ labour deployed by him in thir adhar linked bank account through online/ e-payment by every month . proof of the payment shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. (k) Rate quoted by contractor will be including of minimum wages pay of skilled labour, ESI, Bonus, LWC , CP and applicable any other charges as per existing rules.

M & L for cleaning the entire STP of any capacity by cleaning the bar screen chamber -01 No, Oil & Grease Trap tank -01No, Equalisation tank -01No, MBBR Reactor-I, MBBR reactor-II -2 Nos ,Tube Settler tank -01No , chlorine contact tank -01No ,treated water tank -01 No by means of coir/wire brush and wash the interior with bleaching powder and removing all loose/ sedimented sand, sludge, mud, vegetation, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc disposed off the sludge away from the cantt area using safety protection/devices for working men power while working including separate the MBBR media for reuse and making tank leak less by plastering of 1:2 CM with Dr. Fixit water bound or any other superior mixture, preventing leakage of inside tank . . M & L for painting of steel frames, ladder, gates, pipe line, of STP installations with super enameled paint of appropriate colour including preparation of surfaces and M & L for Snowcem exterior paint of desired colour shed with two coat including preparation of surfaces on all STP tank complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge . Note:- (i) Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in work if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 1000/- per day till complete the job from contractor Bill.

Supply only sodium hypo chloride solution of 12.5% strength in sealed container all as specified and directed. As per make approved by GE

Supply only Alums crystal as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge

Taking out/cleaning and removal of all loose/ sedimented sand, sludge, mud, vegetation, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc from Bar Screen Chamber, Oil & Grease Trap Chamber and Equalisation tank of Bana enclave sewage treatment plant 2500 KLD . Removing and disposed off the same outside the cantt area inclusive safety protection/devices for working men power while working complete.

Taking out/cleaning and removal of all loose/ sedimented sand, sludge, mud, vegetation, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc from sludge accumulation bed & Bar screen chamber and cleaning of of Bana enclave sewage treatment plant 2500 KLD . Removing and disposed off the same outside the cantt area inclusive safety protection/devices for working men power while working complete.

Supply and lay/spreading river sand/pebbles dry clean type as size required at site in sludge drying bed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of all undigested, floating material like polythene, plastic ,wood pieces, rubber, oil etc of bar screen chamber , Oil & Grease Trap tank, Receiving / Equalisation sump, cleaning of drains by employing labour per day and cutting / trimming, scraping of grass ,unwanted bush, scrub, surrounding area of Basanter STP premises as on required with including disposed off the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for disconnecting of electric connection and taking out non clog defective submersible pump set from sewage well and dismentalling the motor pump set up to 15 HP carefully and checking of all other parts for its serviceability and including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like gasket packing, rubber seal, bush, nut and bolt, washer and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing submersible pump set on his existing position complete all as specified. (Note: (i) Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item 16 to 19 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components. (ii)) Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in work if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day till complete the job from contractor Bill. (iii) All items being spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to shoot the equipment for smooth functioning.

Supply only tungsten mechanical seal motor side and pump side suitable for sewage application non clog sewage submersible pump set .

Supply only DE/NDE Ball/ roller bearing suitable size to as existing bearing complete all as specified and as directed Make: SKF/NBC /TATA

Supply only O rings set suitable size to as existing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only impeller for non clog submersible sewage pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting 3 phase electric connections upto 30 HP air blower unit and doing comprehensive maintenance of air blower and checking of all other parts for its serviceability and including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like gasket packing, nut and bolt, washer, bush, and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing air blower unit as his existing position complete all as specified. Note:- Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item 21 to 26 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components (ii)) Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in work if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day till complete the job from contractor Bill. (iii) All items being spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to shoot the equipment for smooth functioning.

M & L for disconnecting electrical/mechanical connection from C/F pump set 25 to 50 HP of any type & make and taking up from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop carry out repairs including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, pump gland, casing ring, shaft sleeves, gasket packing, nut and bolt, washer and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing C/F pump set as his existing position complete all as specified. Note:- Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item 29 to 34 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components. (ii)) Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in work if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day till complete the job from contractor Bill. (iii) All items being spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to shoot the equipment for smooth functioning.

M & L for disconnecting electrical/mechanical connection from raw sewage water non clog C/F pump set upto 10 HP capacity of any type & make and doing comprehensive maintenance , transporting to authorized workshop carry out repairs including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, pump gland, casing ring, shaft sleeves,NRV, gasket packing, nut and bolt, washer and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and fixing C/F pump set as his existing position complete all as specified. Note:- Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item 36 to 40 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement of major spares/components. (ii)) Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in work if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day till complete the job from contractor Bill. (iii) All items being spare parts as under will be replaced as required as per cat part or as per existing sample to shoot the equipment for smooth functioning.

M & L for servicing of Tube settler scrapper (clarisettler) motor, gearbox and any other parts for its serviceability and including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like chain, pully, nut and bolt, washer and greasing, welding, Lathe work etc. if any other requirement at site as per manufactures instruction along with fixing and testing after repairing/ servicing of complete all as specified.

M & L for disconnecting and taking down carefully of burn out motor any make and type existing 3 phase electric motor upto 10 HP for rewinding including rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge as per existing, impregnated paper, sleeves, lathorised fiber glass, varnish and tape, etc alongwith re-installation of motor in original position, fixing and checking connections and testing at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

All as above item No 42 but for electric motor capacity from 25 HP to 50 HP

M & L for disconnecting electric connections from chemical dosing pump carefully of any make and type for repairs and through inspection by Engineer-in-Charge including replacement of unserviceable parts and reinstalling same at existing location after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Cost of Spares parts, accessories and transportation shall be included in this item rate.)

M&L for maintaining and enhancing the bacterial growth in Bhaskar/Bana/ Basanter STP's MBBR reactor-I ,MBBR reactor- II, Tube settler and testing of Raw and treated sewage water as per CPCB latest parameters from NABL or Punjab poution control board approved laboratery complete the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- If contractor have repetively fail to maintaining STP treated water CPCB parameters he shall be paid penalty which ever raising from punjab polution control board/MES dept.

Supply and filling Bio culture bacteria liquid for Moving bed aerobic bio reactor chamber for topping up and maintaining live position of Bacteria for digesting sludge in STP plant, Make -Thermax/ Optimus or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED security light 45 Watts fitting with pressure die cast aluminum housing ,heat resistant toughened glass, IP 66 protection including connection complete all as directed. Make of : Crompton cat ref LSTP-45-CDL or equivant of Bajaj / Havells.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9 /8.5 mtr strut pole (LT) including cable protection pipe, clamps, GI pipe bracket etc. and applying one coat of aluminum paint on all the metallic surfaces all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.
