REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN OMQS AND CENTRAL AMENTIES BUILDING AT AF STATION RAJOKRI UNDER GE AF GURGAON

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping,(whether full thickness removed etc complete all as specified.

Demolition Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in laid bedded in any mortar on floors, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slabs finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) after cleaning of roof surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric prefabricated five layer membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof & parapet walls and applying evenly a bitumen primer confirming to IS 3488 @ 0.40 Kg per sqm laid using buten torch and sealing all joints of APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 grams per sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrata with logitudinal and end laps 100 mm and 150 mm respectively as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including trowelling slightly complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, set with grey cement and pigments over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

Removing bldgs demolished materials / debries exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) of any description in any position not specifically provided complete complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60 cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No.18 here-in-before but 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia

M&L for use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floorslabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick rough finished in flat surface complete all as specified.

M&L for use and waste formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm wide rough finished complete all as specified.

M&L for use and waste formwork to fins, louvers, fascia/parapet wall rough finished in flat surface complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of lime wash primer coat on walls. complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified.

Fixing only 15 mm bore steel water tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors by using new fittings complete all as specified.

Fixing only 20 mm bore steel water tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors by using new fittings complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exc. 250 ltr but not exc. 500 ltr, setting aside for lowering down if required for repairs,hoisting if required reconnecting by using new fittings as required and refixing in position on roof including cleaning of Overhead tank & removing the sludge washing down with detergent/ bleaching powder and writing the date of cleaning with suitable paint complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exc.500 ltr but not exc. 1000 ltr, setting aside for lowering down if required for repairs,hoisting if required reconnecting by using new fittings as required and refixing in position on roof including cleaning of Overhead tank & removing the sludge washing down with detergent/ bleaching powder and writing the date of cleaning with suitable paint complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends with rubber rings joints fixed as required complete all as specified.
