M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having Sqm RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109.99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) upto 15mm in a single coat @ 34 kg per sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1. Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2. Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3. Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 Itr (undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute (minimum) having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of 1 ltr per minute (minimum) having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed.

Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for sl. item Nos. 1 to 10 above:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer of which the materials ie. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.

M & L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick plaster of paris (POP) putty over old plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of distempering with 1st grade quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms / litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour on new surface as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) after preparation of old painted wood and wood based surface over 10cm width or girth of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) on old steel surface over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described after preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall or on concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing same from the site complete all as specified and directed.
