| "Description: Operating and maintaining the water Recycling plant of capacity 6.00 lacs liter per day including cleaning with All necessary consumables, tools etc for smooth operation of the plant. The work includes maintenance of pumps, motor, compressor, valves, machines, filter and other equipment's in good condition with cleaning of premises. the quality of treated water should be tested once in three months for PH value, oil and grease, COD, BOD, Suspended Soilds etc. The premises of the plant should be kept free from grass, bushes etc.to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge. The work also includes 1. (i) cleaning of Grit screens and other screens filters, floats and other parts of the plant for ensuring free passage of the water. (ii) disposal of the sludge upto the Sludge disposal pits within a radius of 3 km. from the plant by digging a pit of suitable size, dumping the sludge into the pit and covering with a Layer on Min. 30 cm of Earth (iii) Maintaining the records of daily operations and test reports etc. as required at site. (iv) Security of the WRP and its premises within the boundary. (v) Arranging for Electrician /technicians / fitters with all materials for attending to any breakdown during maintenance period of the water recycling plant (vi) The work includes all taxes, levises of state /central govt. or other bodies, transportation, lead, lift etc complete.Cost of testing will be paid separately and only Alum will be supplied by RLY." | — | — | — | 6,73,579.91 |
