PART-A(Bridge Part) Design/Construction of 191.00 mtr. span Double lane (5.00 x 38.20 mtr) Prestressed concrete motorable Bridge( Class-A loading) (7.5 mtr Carriage way width and 1.5 mtr Footpath on both sides with RCC Crash barrier and RCC Railing ) incl. soil investigation, Const. of approach slab with De-watering complete, substructure ( abutments, dirt wall, return wall, approch slab, wing walls, etc.) , Superstructure (RCC deck slab, necessary crash barriers, wearing coat, P/F suitable bearings, expansion joints etc.) incl. railing with painting and provision for utility ducts, construction of diversion and its maintenance during execution and vetting of design /drawing from IIT complete job (As per MORTH /IRC specifications of Roads and Bridges)

PART-B (Construction of approach road L-480.00 mtr. Earth work in bulk excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth incling all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to Wet Mix Macadam ( W M M ) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick Bituminous Macadam compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density including tack coat @ 0.75 kg/sqm complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm Thick Semi- Dense Bituminous Concrete compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification including tack coat @ 0.50 kg/sqm on bitumen surface and 0.75 kg/sqm on WBM surface complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Erecting "W" Beam Crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick Corrugated metal beam rail, 70 cm above road level /G.L. , fixed on ISMC Steel Channel Vertical post 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 mtr C/C , 1.80 mtr high, 1.1 mtr below ground/road level, all steel parts and filaments to be Galvenized by hot dip coarse, all fitting to confirm IS 1367 and IS1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on vertical post with spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm , 330 cm long complete as per clause 810 (confirming to clause 810 of MORT&H specifications

Manufacturing supplying and fixing Retro Reflective Overhead Signage Boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956- 01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
