1)The entire quantity shall be procured from the PAC holder OEM, M/s Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, Pune, or from bidders who meet the following criteria: The bidder must have satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or spare parts of HSCF pumps of any model manufactured by M/s Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, Pune, with South Eastern Railway (S.E. Railway) or any Zonal Railway/Production Unit, as per Clause 2.6.1 of SER Instructions to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender. The bidder is an authorized dealer/agent/channel partner of the OEM, i.e., M/s Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, Pune. Dealer/Agent channel partner upload above certificate, failing which such offer will be rejected.
