Maintenance of lawns, flowering plants and foliage plants in Guest house including watering, weeding, mowing of lawns once in ten days, mulching of the plants, removal of foreign materials, mixing and application of red earth and manure loosening of soil and trimming the plants to the required size at regular intervals as per the standard horticultural practices for the better growth and Supply & application of fertilizers and pesticides if required etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of hedges including watering, weeding, trimming the plants to the required size at intervals as per standard horticulture practices but not less than once in ten days, mulching of the plants, removal of foreign materials, mixing and application of red earth and manure loosening of soil as per the standard horticultural practices for the better growth and supply & application of fertilizers and pesticides if required etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of existing trees within fenced area , including watering, weeding, formation of bunds, mulching as required, keeping the area free from growth of weeds, bushes and thorny trees around 1 m radius of plants/tree etc., loosening of soil, trimming the plants to the required size, at regular intervals as per the standard horticultural practices for the better growth, and supply & application of fertilizers and pesticides at intervals and whenever required etc, providing necessary and adequate support to trees disposing the rubbish as per specifications and including maintenance of drip irrigation system at existing tree area like cleaning of dripper, removal of dust from dripper and ensuring the water supply to all trees/plants/saplings etc., as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Notes: 1. The contractor shall replace any non surviving tree(s) at his own cost during the period of maintenance.

Supplying and stacking at site good variety black earth for gardening purpose free from clods, stones bushes, roots, rubbish and vegetation etc., bought from outside for use for mixing in pits as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for voids for the purpose of payment. 2. Sample of earth shall be got approved before procurement.

Supplying and stacking at site good variety red earth fine material for gardening purpose free from clods, stones, bushes, roots, rubbish and vegetation etc., bought from outside in required quantity for use for mixing in pits as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for voids for the purpose of payment)

Supplying and stacking at site well decomposed cow dung manure for gardening purpose, free from vegetation, rubbish etc., bought from outside including screening, if required complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for voids for the purpose of payment)

Supply and planting of assorted colours hedge sapling / bougainvilleas /Nerium plant / Tree saplings on the road sides wherever required (height should be more than one feet). Cost of the work includes supply, plasnting all in complete as sdirected by Engineer in charge

Charges for cleaning the water fountain tank located at Elliptical roundtthana using brush, coir& etc. Cost of the work includes the manpower, material & etc all in complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:
