PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS

(Refer Clause C 2.2(e) and C 15.1 of ITT)

1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:

1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.

2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.

3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.

PREAMBLE

The Bill of Quantities shall be made in conjunction with instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Notice Inviting Tenders, Technical Specification and employers requirement

The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Items 1, 2 & 3 are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect.

Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Tenderers are required to be quoted percentage (%) at par/Excess/Less for schedule-A in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 sheet. All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc.(except GST), cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.5 of ITT & clause 21 of SCC.

If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non responsive and shall be rejected

Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only.

Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.

The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against each item given in BOQ. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.

The actual work executed against all the BOQ as detailed in tender document would be paid on measurement basis.

Make hole through core cutting of 50 mm dia and 850 mm horizontal length for providing proper drainage for stsgnated water in between plinth of viaduct.The rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties, vat etc. and nothing shall be paid extra. Work includes night duties/block etc complete.

Anti corrosive black bituminious paintng of UIC 60 rail in two or more coats subjected to minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 100 micron each by anti corrosive bituminous black paint confirms to IS:9862 afrter an interval of 8 hours between 2 coats in mainline/depot(day/night shift) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and nothing shall be paid extra.

Provision of Core cutting and grouting to rectify the broken anchor bolts. The work includes: (i) Opening of Track fittings as required and retightning it to the correct parqameter. (ii) Core cutting by Dimond core cutter method of 62 mm dia. and 170 mm deep. (iii) Fixing and grouting of new anchor bolt (new Anchor bolt will be provided by DMRC) in cores by using suitable template of correct location with epoxy grouting material EP-75 of M/s Fosroc or equivalent. The rates are inclusive of all man, machines, mateials, consumable, transportaion , taxes levies etc. Nothing shall be paid extra.

Repair of broken plate screw by core cutting & grouting new one in turnouts of ballated section of DMRC network of Line-1,2,5&7. work.k in agency's scope: 1. Removing/cleaning of oil, grease, rust and dirt. 2. Removing of ballast to have clear working space. 3. Unbolting and shifting of slide chair/base plates. 4. removing of damaged pads and plates screws. 5. Core cutting of plate screws. 6. Grouting with EP 75 of EP 10 as per suitable conditions. 7. Shifting of slide chairs to its original position. 8. Re-fixing of new pads and plates screw in proper position. 9. Making final parameters i.e. gauge & X-level as per instructions of DMRC's authorized person. 10. All lightening arrangement. 11. Transportation of all required machines, materials from depot to site & vice-versa. Tools and equipments required ( to be provided by agency) 1. Material trolley 2. Rail jack, Bari, tommy bar, wire claw etc. 3. DG 4. Core cutting machine 5. Blower 6. Electricity arrangements 7. Drill machine 8. Hand tools- hammer, chisel etc. 9. Hand grinder. 10. Plinth strengthining (loose/damage plinth) in mainline/depots as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying of micro concrete for repair of small damaged patches in RCC Plinth/ Slab of Track including prision and installing of Form work of appropriate size and design. The rates are inclusive of all man, machines, mateials, consumable, transportaion , taxes levies etc. Nothing shall be paid extra.

Repair and filling of RCC Plinth/Slab using epoxy grout conbextra EP-75 of make Fosroc or equivalent including providing and installing of Form work of appropriate size and design. The rates are inclusive of all man, machines, mateials, consumable, transportaion , taxes levies etc. Nothing shall be paid extra.

Providing and installation of M. S. Nipple / Non return valve & breaking and removing the installed NRVs after grouting work

Making hole through core cutting of 50mm dia and 450mm horizontal length for providing proper drainage for stagnated water in between plinth of viaduct including providing and fixing of flexible PU hose pipe below expension joint during block hours including fixing with micro conctrte, water proofing and making good the expention, all complete with tools & plants DG set leads/lift. the rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties vat etc. and nothing shall be paid extra work includes night duties/block etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
