Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment. to the required density. Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing and Laying M60 grade cement concrete of approved mix design with avg. Flextural strength of 4.4 MPa in 3 days from R.M.C. plant incld. use of micro silica/alcofine, approved make super plastiser and retarder, fibriliated 100 % virgin polypropylene fibres, fly ash and transported by transit mixer and placing at work site. Compacting, finishing, initial curing by approved curing compound/ contractors water and tarring the sides of slab with hot bitumen as specified and as directed (w/c ratio 0.28 max.). (vatta for curing will be paid separately) for Ultra thin White Topping (UTWT) pavement. etc completed.

Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and Placing 5mm thick Thermocole in dummy and construction joints immdtly after cutting of joints and removing the same before dressing of dummy and construction joint as directed etc. complt.

Providing and construction of cement vatta in C.M.1:10 at 0.6 M X 0.6 M c/c admeasuring 0.09 meter at bottom, 0.04 m at top and 0.075 m deep and maintaining the same throughout 7 days curing period and removing the same material as directed.

Sealing of M-35 & above new C.C. pavement dummy, transverse, longitudinal joints with hot rubberised sealing compound confirming to IS 1834-1984 after proper cleaning with compressed air, applying required primer & providing a layer of lime powder over hot sealing compound as directed. Sealing 5mm - 6 mm wide & avg. depth of 40 mm transverse & longitudinal joints

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete. b ) Yellow

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 30/40 mm compacted thickness with drum mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat etc. complete -- Bitumen VG-30 grade with stone dust filler.

S. angle iron post of size 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm, 3.45 m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G.I. fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M25 grade concrete block of size 60cm X 60cm X 75cm including transportation etc; complete.
