Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one ANY nature of work of value not less than Rs.20.16 Lakhs, in previous five years

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 2023-24&2024-25 (c)executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earth work-142.45 cum 2.GSB-131.00Cum 3.WMM /WBM-201.85 Cum 4.PCC/RCC-208.20Cum

Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work.However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022,this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification a.Concrete mixer with hopper b.Centering sheets c.Vibratory Road Roller Double Drum d.Tippers e.Pug Mill wet mix plant f.Excavator like JCB Hitachi g.Water Tank

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5-B)Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited-0.5 Year.B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 &2024-25achieved in at least ONE financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.80.65Lakhs(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) and to UPLOAD ORIGINAL CA TURNOVER CERTIFICATE WITH UDIN NO

Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.24.19Lakhs (Credit Lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26)

Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26), (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished)

The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.81000.00 shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.25000.00/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs.56000.00EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank. The Part(2) of the EMD shall be delivered to the Executive Engineer before the prescribed date and time of opening of the Technical Bids. Earnest Money Deposit/ Bid security
