   Tenderer should be either OEM or an authorised dealer of OEM. The tenderer shall attach documentary proof of being manufacturer (i.e. OEM) along with their e-offer. The tenderer quoting as an authorised dealer of OEM shall upload/attach authorisation letter from the manufacturer, specific to this e- tender.

   Bidder or its OEM must have supplied during the period of last 7 years from tender closing date a similar system, having parameters as: a) Peak Sine Force: 1400 kgf or above b) Bare table acceleration: 70 g or above and c) Frequency range of vibration shaker: 3 to 2300 Hz (or higher) to any Railway/Govt. organization/PSU . Firms must submit documents proving the performance of supplied machine to the satisfaction of buyer (contract copy, receipt or acceptance, installation, commissioning, proving out certificates etc.).

   Earnest Money Deposit :- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Clause :- Tenderers are required to deposit Earnest Money (EMD) equivalent to the amount mentioned in the tender document, on-line, only through payment gateway as available in IREPS. Bidders exempted from submission of EMD (pl. refer Para 0402 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER)shall be required to sign the Bid Securing Declaration as follows:---- " I/we hereby understand and accept that if I/we withdraw or modify my/ our bids during the period of validity, or if I/we are awarded the contract and on being called upon to submit the performance security/ Security Deposit, fail to submit the performance security/ Security Deposit before the deadline defined in the request for bid document Notice Inviting Tender, I/we shall be debarred from exemption of submitting Bid Security/ Earnest Money Deposit and performance security/ Security Deposit for a period of 6 (six) months, from the date I/we are declared disqualified from exemption from submission of EMD/SD, for all tenders for procurement of goods issued by any unit of Indian Railways published during this period."
